One by one, I picked them up and they all read one thing and my heart sank.
Each and every pregnancy test read positive. I was pregnant. I was that girl. Rejected and pregnant. The girl you hear about in stories and think I will never be her.
But somehow, I was here, and she was me.
I don’t know how this happened.
I sat on the floor and cried while holding my stomach.
