~Storme~ “Theo!” A wave of panic jolted through me as I watched his body fall with a thud to the ground. I quickly knelt beside him, bringing his head up to my lap. “Theo, open your eyes. Look at me.” His body was burning beneath my hands. His eyes, hazy with pain, flickered open and struggled to focus on me. His breaths were shallow, his skin clammy, and the wounds across his chest and arms bled freely, soaking into the dirt beneath him.
