RAISED FROM THE DEAD

AT THE BEAUTIFUL CITY

"Mother" Charlotte called out to the queen Madeline.

"yes dear" Madeline answered to her youngest daughter.

"When will sister Aria return back here" .

"my child " Madeline held her daughter's shoulder softly "she'll return when the time is right ".

"When is the right time mother, I'll want to spend some time with sister Aria" Charlotte said.

" She'll will return when she wants to learn how to control her powers my dear".

At the same time the door opened and Celine entered the room .

"Good morning mother you called for me" she said bowing her head slightly.

" yes come sit here" Madeline said pointing at a white soft fur couch. "Charlotte dear you can go now let me have a word with your sister alright".

" Yes mother" Charlotte bowed her head and left the room closing the door with her maid following behind her.

Now It just Only Queen Madeline and princess Celine in the room.

"Celine dear" Madeline down on the couch and held Celine hands.

"Yes mother" .

" I want to talk to you about Caleb".

" What about him, his he alright "Celine said. Caleb was the man Celine want to get married to as they had already planned their wedding.

"I don't know how to say this to you but...." Madeline paused.

" But what mother, talk to me, is anything wrong, did anything happen to him" Celine asked getting impatient and scared.

Madeline look at her daughter and nodded her head before saying " he's dead Celine, the guards came to Inform me and your father yesterday that they found his dead body beside the riverside".

Celine gasped and stood up from the couch covering her mouth with both of her palm. " But....but we were together yesterday".

" I'm sorry my dear" Madeline stood up from the couch and walked closer to Celine who was still in shock of what she just heard .

" Why didn't you tell me about it mother, I ...I would have used my magic to heal him. I would have ....."

" It's ok dear you wouldn't have done anything as he had been dead since yesterday".

" No mother it's not ok" by this time Celine was crying as her tears soaked her cheeks " we.. we were going to get married mother, he was going to be my husband" at this time Celine burst out crying louder than before.

" Come here " Madeline tried to console her daughter but Celine didn't want to be consoled.

"I'll be at my room" she said and left the room with her maid and Madeline could only sigh helplessly.

AT CELINES ROOM

Celine laid on her bed, she had been crying for almost an hour. She couldn't believe her lover Caleb is dead when their wedding was just in three days coming.

They had talked and laughed yesterday before they parted ways, his killer would have killed him when everyone was asleep.

" Princess Celine please you have not touched your food" the maid in the room said.

" I don't want to eat, you can throw the food away".

" but my princess you....".

"He... He was such a caring man. He loved me and I loved him too" Celine started crying again.

" I'm sorry my princess" the maid said.

"Cyril" Celine called the maid.

"Yes my princess " she answered.

"What I've I done to deserve this".

"You've done nothing wrong my princess, you're a kind woman and also caring" Cyril the maid said with her head down.

LATER THAT EVENING

Ari and Cassie sat in a greenhouse of the beautiful city.

"So what will happen now?" Cassie asked as she threw a stone into the water that surrounded the greenhouse.

"I don't get you" Ari said resting her elbow on the railings.

" Like now that your other side is back are you still going to be the second princess"Cassie said.

" yes of course but..." Ari trailed.

" But what ?"

" It's.. it's just that we will merge together forever, no more separating again, I'm like her soul" Ari said.

" Oh I'm going to miss you "Cassie said.

" Silly me and Aria are one , so it's still me".

AT THE KING AND QUEENS CHAMBERS

"Honey I'm afriad that Celine will do something stupid, you need to talk to her" Madeline said to her husband.

" She won't do that" Louis said.

"And how sure are you about that".

"I'm sure ".

" She could bring back Caleb back from the dead and we both knows if she does, it will weaken her inner power".

" then we'll have to double the guards at her room and at the gate" Louis said.

" That's better " Madeline sighed.

"Aria is not back yet" Louis said.

" She will be back i can assure you that ".

"I told you we shouldn't let her go back we just got her".

" But she has a mate now we both know how those giant shapeshifters are possessive of thier mates. I just wonder how she Aria turns out to be thier mate" Madeline said.

" she's my daughter they can't just keep her thier like she's one of them" louis said his voice going high.

" She's one of them as long as she has a mate thier" Madeline said.

," Are you defending them" Louis turned around to look at his wife who was laying on the bed facing him.

"No I'm not I'm just saying the truth, she's also my daughter and part of here too" Madeline said.

" If only I had find her in time" Louis said." What if she's trying to come here and she can't, you need to send Ari to her so they could merge together".

" I'll send Ari to her, but they can only merge together when they are here".

"Why don't you send her now" Louis said.

Louis pinched the space between his brows " when is the right time Maddy, she needs to be here with her family ".

" I know that, good night honey we can talk about this tomorrow " Madeline said. She was tired of arguing and it doesn't look like the argument is going to stop anything soon.

AT CELINE'S ROOM

Celine laid on her bed waiting for everyone to go to bed and sleep so she could go ahead with her plan. And when she made sure everyone was sound asleep, she got out of the bed as her feet touched the marble floor.

Celine arranged pillows on her bed to make it look like she was sleeping covering it with the duvet. She took her robe, wore it so she won't be exposed to the guards.

Celine was wise enough to not use the door so she used the window Instead. But the window was high as her room was at the top floor.

But she didn't bother or was scared as she has powers, Celine made herself invisible as she floated down to the ground and landed safely.

As soon as she landed on the ground, she returned back to herself as she was no longer invisible. Celine walked as fast as she can, she knew exactly where the guards had kept Caleb's body.

They had kept his body in a cold room used to store dead bodies before they'll be buried the following day. Celine was almost close to the cold room when someone stopped her.

" Hey stop right there".

Celine stopped on her tracks as her body stiffened, she slowly turned around to see who had stopped her. As it was in the middle of the night, she had thought she would go according to her plan without being caught.

When she turned to see who stopped her, she saw that it was a guard who carried a lantern and raised it up to see her face but she hid her face even more.

"Who are you?" The guard asked " take ur cloak off so I can see your face".

But Celine didn't answer the guard or even remove her cloak from her head.

The guard moved to remove her cloak but she moved backwards and said "don't ".

" Who are you? If you don't let me see your face I'll alert other guards ". This made Celine eyes widened, no she didn't want that.

"No wait" she said and held the edge of her cloak before removing it and revealing her face finally.

"Prin.... Princess Celine" the guard was lost of words, what was she doing outside here this night, what was she planning to do was what was going through the guard head.

But before the guard could say another word, Celine already did something to him. "Forget everything that happened just now , go back to work" she said.

And the guard turned around as if under a spell without another word back to his position he was before and Celine breathed a sigh of relief.

She couldn't risk her plan, if her parents found out what she wanted to do this night they won't let her and she couldn't bear to live without the one she love by her side.

Thus Celine continued to move to the cold room as she was almost close but before she could get to the door someone got there before her and stood at the entrance door.

" too late" the person said.

Celine stopped on her tracks and looked who had stopped her, she couldn't recognize the person as the person was fully covered with the eyes visible but according to the person's voice it was a man.

"Who are you?" She asked.

"Who am I?" The man said "you mean you don't know who I am".

"How would I know when you covered your face" Celine said.

The man chuckled " I won't tell you who I am and neither will I let you do what you want to do".

" Get out of my way" Celine said.

" Why should I princess"

" Get out before I harm you"

The man chuckled even more " harm me? Now that one funny thing you said. Come with me princess forget about him".

This time Celine chuckled " come with you" she said and scoffed.

" I don't even know who the hell you are and you tell me to come with you, I'm giving the last chance to get out of my way" Celine said not smiling this time.

" Ok I'll only tell you my name, you can call me Fredrick".

" Since you want to die then I'll let you be" Celine said and moved to attacked the man.

" Come to me princess" the man said.

Celine moved her fingers in the air, at first nothing happened but later the man body twisted in a weird way that his legs faced backwards.

Celine moved her hands forward as the man broke into two and she didn't waste any time as she opened the door and searched for Caleb.

She made a soft glowing light in the room so she could see but then she heard a sound at her back and saw Fredrick standing as if she had not break him in the first place.

"You think you could just kill me easily hmm" Fredrick said and suddenly disappeared to thin air and appeared at a bed where a dead body laid in.

"Are you looking for this body" Fredrick asked when he tore the wraps and Caleb's face came into view .

" don't hurt him " Celine said.

"Hurt him? He's already dead" Fredrick said.

" Get away from him"Celine said fuming.

" Not without removing his heart I see you want to bring him back to life" Fredrick said " so if I remove his heart your plan to bring him back to life won't work right" Fredrick said smiling.

" Don't you dare what do you want from me" .

" Now that's a good question, you want to know what I want from you".

" spit it out " Celine said.

"Why so in a rush to know ok it's easy I want you to be mine" Fredrick said.

" Over my dead body"

" Now dear we already have a dead body here, we won't addition to it would we ?"

" You're so heartless "

" Ouch that hurt, let me know if you agreed to be mine then we can seal it with a kiss".

" why don't you think about it for the main time let me do my job" Fredrick said and was about to use his dagger to pull out Caleb's heart out.

"Wait " Celine quickly stopped him, she thought had thought of a plan.

"Yes sweetheart".

"If I agreed to be with you, you won't pull out his heart right".

" Anything for you sweetheart so what do you say".

Celine took a deep breath " yes " she said.

", see it's wasn't hard now come seal it with a kiss".

Celine walked slowly towards Fredrick who had let go of Caleb and focused on her. When she finally got close to him she wrapped her arms around his neck and looked at him straight in the eye.

Fredrick in turn wrapped his arms around her tiny waist and after he removed the mask on his face and leaned forward to kiss Celine when he felt a sharp pain in his chest.

He released Celine and staggered backwards, his eyes moved to his chest and saw that Celine had used his own dagger to stab him right into his heart.

" see you on the other side Fredrick" she said.

" I love how you call my name but I'll be back and you'll regret what you did" Fredrick said coughing blood before he finally gave up the ghost.

Celine stared at Frederick for a while before moving to where Caleb laid. He looked like he was sleeping while in truth he was dead.

She placed her hand gently on his chest as her eyes turned white, suddenly white light circled around Caleb's body. After circling his body the light entered his mouth, Celine removed her hands away from his chest and hoped what she did will work.

Nothing happened as Caleb didn't move an inch from his position. "Come on my love please come back to me I...I can live without you please. You promised me that we will get married didn't you? Are you going to fail me now" at this time Celine was sobbing.

" Please After today they'll take you out from here and bury you and I can't bear to see you buried please I just want to hear your voice again".

" It's so lovely to hear your sweet voice again sweetheart".

Celine heard someone talk but she was still sobbing but then she stopped crying and looked at Caleb who was staring back at her.

" Caleb you.. you're......".

"Yes I'm alive I'm sorry for leaving you all alone, we're are going to get married".

Celine couldn't believe her eyes as she hugged him tightly " I missed you" she said.

"Missed you too my love" Caleb said. But what they didn't know was that someone was watching them.
