"Ain't you the little rumoured human girl" I heard a deep masculine voice behind me, I turned around slowly to see who it was.

Only to see a male giant staring down at me with his blue eyes. I cloud see the resemblance of Master Derek in his face, could he be his brother or cousin. But that's not the problem right now.

I moved backwards as I held my rabbit safe in my hands.

That was what was ringing in my head, I thought of running away. But even if I run i wouldn't even go far before he will catch.

I just wished Master Derek or Magnus was here to save me, what Venetia said to me came to my head.

Could it be that this giant in front of me was here to kill me, God even if he wants to kill me let him be quick so I won't feel any pains.

Many things were going on in my mind, when all of a sudden. The male giant reduced to normal human height and I cloud see his face well now.

But I still moved backward as he got close to me, he smiled at me as I heard him say.

"Don't be scared of me I won't hurt you".

I just stared at him without uttering a word ." I'm Prince Liam Elvis, Prince Derek first brother" he introduced himself to me.

Prince? I knew it, I could see some resemblance between them. I noticed that he , princess Astrid and Master Derek shares the same blue eyes.

"I'm Aria.... Aria Monroe" I said.

"It's nice to meet you Aria" he said to me

" What are doing here in the garden" he asked me

" Uh I just wanted to get this rabbit" I said

"Oh Cody, it's my pet"

"Your pet?" I said surprised, how can a giant have a rabbit as pet.

"Yes" he answered.

"Oh here" I stretched my hand to give him back the rabbit half-heartedly.

" You can have it if you want"

"Really thank you" I said and smiled.

" Ain't you scared that you'll get killed it caught out here in the garden" Prince Liam suddenly said to me changing the topic.

"I am " I said caressing the rabbit in my arms.

" Don't be , no one can hurt you. Except they wants to get on Derek's bad side" he said to me.

" He might be angry and left but no one dares touches his things or someone important to him. That's why you're still breathing".

Somehow I was glad that I was important to Master Derek. Magnus told me that too

"But why does the king and queen wants to kill me" I asked maybe I could get some information form him. He seems friendly.

But that does not mean I've let my guard down.

"Our kind has never had a human mate, you're the first here in Naal city".

" What's a mate" I asked confused cause Venetia said that to me too.

I saw him rose his brows up looking at me surprised " you don't know?" He Said and I shook my head saying no.

" You can ask Derek when he returns"

"Do you have a mate?" I asked maybe I could know what a mate is through this question I asked him.

"Yes I do , she's a giantess " or maybe not.

"Come let me show you around" he said to me but I didn't move an inch still holding my new pet in my arms. The rabbit seems to have fall asleep due to me caressing it.

When prince Liam saw that I didn't move from my spot he asked me " don't you want too, I've told you not to be scared of me".

" I know, but I think it's better I go back to my room" I said not wanting to be rude.

I heard him chuckle lightly. "I just want to spend some time with you before Derek get back. He's very possessive".

I hesitated for a while before I finally agreed to follow him.

Prince Liam took me to different places, showed me different things I haven't seen before.

I saw some kind of weird looking fruits with weird looking shapes " here taste this one" he gave me a purple coloured fruit.

" Thank you" I said as I ate the fruit, it was cold in my mouth " hmmmm it's delicious"

"What's this one called?" I asked

" It's called Cula friut" he replied.

" I love it, I love them all apart from the red fruit I ate earlier" I said I could still feel the bitter taste on my tongue.

Prince Liam laughed holding his stomach. It was the first time he was laughing and he looked more like Master Derek.

" The Rodar friut , it's a medicinal friut. We usually give it to people who are in pains or in coma" he said and then something clicked on my mind.

What if I give it to Elia, but how?

"How will you give it to people who are in coma" I asked.

" You make it into juice so they can drink it" he replied and my mouth formed an ' O '.

" Can you get me one of the Rodar friut" I said maybe I'll give it to Elia when I returned to the room.

" Do you want to give it to someone" he asked me.

" Yes" I replied.

I watched has prince Liam shifted into his giant form and pluck the fruit for me.

He reduced back and gave it to me " thank you" I said.

"Come there's one more thing I want to show you" he said to me .

Prince Liam took me to a different place entirely. The place was a little dark and surrounded by tall trees.

There was a river in-between the trees, a kinda blue water. We stood at the bank of the river.

"This river is called healing river , it does two things" he said.

" What two two things does it do" I asked curiously.

" It's bring people back to life and also sucked someone's soul remaining just the skeleton"

As soon as I heard what prince Liam said I moved backward a big from the bank of the river big wanting my soul to be sucked.

"But why does it heal and also suck someone soul" I asked.

" I was gonna get to that part" he said to me.

" It only bring back people with good soul and suck people with wicked soul, if you go deep down you'll see many lost souls inside" he said.

" Wow I've never heard of that before" I said.

"Uhmm prince Liam" I called.

" Call me Liam" he corrected me "but only when we're alone".

"Liam" I repeated.

" Yes" he answered.

" Do you know where Master Derek is ?" I asked

" No" he replied.

" Do you know when he will return"

"No but I think he will return soon. When he his angry he doesn't stay in the castle else he will vent his anger on people in the castle".

" Oh I see" I said " uhmm I think it's time for me to go back to my room it's getting late" I said.

" Let me escort you back " he said which I was glad.

When we got back to the castle, Prince Liam escorted me to my room entrance. " Thank you" I said.

He took my right hand as he kissed the back of my hand " it's was really fun spending some time with you" he said and left.

I watched him leave and I got inside the room closing the door. I looked at the time, it was six in the evening.

Gosh I really stayed out long, I dropped the rabbit at the side of the bed. Elia was still sleeping, I remembered the Rodar friut Liam gave to me.

Tomorrow I'll give it to Elia when I made it to juice. At the same time my stomach growled I was hungry , I didn't eat better food only the fruits.

Venetia wasn't here as she was forbidden to talk or come close to me talkess of giving me food to eat.

I was scared to go out even if Liam told me no one could touch me.

I stood at the window staring outside since I couldn't sleep when the door opened and someone got in.

I turned around to who it was and I saw him , Master Derek standing and staring back at me with his blue beautiful eyes.

He smiled at me ,I didn't think twice as I ran towards him and hugged him.

"My love" he said to me , oh how I missed his gentle voice.
