She snapped her pictures from a new angle. A new distance. She stood left of the bed, in the sunshine, and used her zoom to make it look as if she was standing amongst the dark. From within her screen, the new shadows looked far more dangerous than they did outside the screen. It was as if they knew that she with her camera could scare them and they had woken up with the sunshine and were prepared to eat her. “This is nonsense,” Melissa said aloud.
