5 - A dream like no other

2403 Words
Neil She was there again – the girl from my dreams. Only this time, she wasn’t asking me to find her; she was in the room with me. Or at least, that’s how it felt. Gods, it was so real! She called my name softly, rousing me slightly from sleep. But when I opened my eyes, I felt like I was still dreaming. Probably because I was. The girl I have dreamt about for months was straddling my waist, her hands on either side of my head. I couldn’t make her face out, but I could see that she was smiling as she looked into my eyes. I furrowed my brow because she was touching me, and I wasn’t freaking out. Then, I realized it really was all a dream. I hadn’t woken up. In my dreams, I didn’t fear her touch. Okay, it was usually because I wasn’t thinking, and I was trying to save her from drowning. But this was a new dream. Gone was the frightened girl I chased through the forest and tried to rescue from the lake. This time, I felt her touching me. ‘Neil,’ I felt her breath against my lips as she said my name like a whispered prayer. ‘I want you. Tell me you want me, too. Please.’ Her lips were a hair’s breadth away from mine, and I could feel the stirring in my groin. I grabbed the back of her head, pulling her closer, and kissing her for the first time. I’m not a virgin and haven’t been for a very long time. But I have never kissed any woman I slept with – well, fucke.d. I never stayed the night with anyone. Call me what you will, but each woman knew what she was getting from me. I never promised anything more. But with the woman from my dreams, I wanted to kiss her, feel her curves in my hands, and fuc.k her for all that I was worth. It was just a dream, but it felt so real. I still didn’t know her name. She had never given it to me, and I didn’t ask because I knew she wouldn’t tell me then, either. But I didn’t care. I wanted her, so I took her. She lifted and removed the flimsy garment from her body. Her face may have been almost hidden from me, but I see how sex.y she was. Damn, she was something else! My mouth latched onto her right breast, and she screamed while throwing her head back. Her skin was so soft against my tongue that my eyes rolled to the back of my head. I flipped us over and buried my face between her legs. She tasted so good that my eyes almost got stuck in the back of my skull! She grabbed my hair and rode my face to orgas.m. She then sucked my dic.k so good that it didn’t take long for me to explode down her velvet throat. No one had ever taken me so deep! I flipped her over onto her stomach. She lay flat as I spread her ass cheeks and slammed straight into her willing body. She screamed and begged me to take her harder and faster. I had never felt anything like it in my life! I wrapped my arms around her, kissing her head, and thrusting harder and deeper. I couldn’t get enough! ‘Neil,’ She sobbed my name through the pleasure. ‘It feels so good! Don’t stop, I’m so close!’ The air escaped through my teeth as I fucke.d her harder than I thought possible. I was reaching my limits, and I didn’t know how much longer I could hold on. I slid my hand under her body, and she lifted her ass as much as she could. I pressed my fingertips against her swollen cli.t. She screamed, and I told her, ‘Cu.m for me.’ She sobbed, and my eyes rolled to the back of my head when she shouted, ‘Cu.m inside me! Please, Neil. I want you to fill me with your seed. Cu.m with me!’ I had never cu.m inside anyone before. I had always used protection, no matter who the girl was. I’m a God, the son of Hades. I couldn’t and wouldn’t be like other Gods, having children all over the place. But this was just a dream, and there would be no repercussions. ‘Fuc.k.’ I grunted as she came so hard around me that I had no choice but to cu.m inside her. By the time it was over, I could barely think straight. I kissed her cheek and asked, ‘You’ll be gone when I wake up. Won’t you?’ I wasn’t demanding that she leave, but I knew in my heart that she wouldn’t be there when I awoke. ‘Yes,’ She whispered. Of course, she would be gone when I woke up. She was a figment of my imagination, after all. I breathed deeply, pulled out of her, and rolled onto my back. My eyes closed, and the dream came to an end. When I opened my eyes this morning, there was no sign she had ever been here. Typical. My mind has been on her all day. Why won’t she tell me her name? From the moment she first entered my dreams in that mysterious way, she has never revealed her name to me. No matter how many times I have asked, she won’t answer. She tells me to look inside myself, and I’ll find her there. The problem with that is that there is nothing inside me that would lead me to her identity. Maybe it is all just in my head. I’m obsessed with someone who isn’t even real, and now, I’m even dreaming about us having se.x! What the hell is wrong with me? Why is this happening to me? Did I bang my head at some point? I don’t know, but I can’t go on like this. I’m slowly losing my mind over someone who doesn’t exist! All day, I’ve been walking around with my head in the clouds, thinking about last night. It was so real. My dreams have never been so vivid yet so blurry at the same time. I felt every damn thing. Every touch, every taste, yet I felt like I was in a trance. I couldn’t see her face properly, but I know she was beautiful. She ensnared me, and I had no power to push her away. No, she didn’t force me into anything. A little slip of a girl couldn’t overpower a man like me, even in my sleep. But I wanted her more than I wanted my next breath, so I took her. But I have to let her go. She’s not real, and I cannot go on like this. Maybe it’s time for me to find someone who is real. “What’s up with you today?” Ashford asks as we walk through the pack lands. I said I needed to clear my head. By that, I meant alone. But Ashford decided to tag along. He said he had nothing better to do. I pointed out that it was his own fault because he wanted to stay an extra day. He merely rolled his eyes in response. “Nothing,” I reply. “You smell different.” He sniffs the air around me. I huff in annoyance. “Oh, I see. Someone got lucky last night! Who’s the lucky girl?” “Don’t be ridiculous!” I hiss. There is no way Ashford could know that I was with anyone last night, especially when it was all in my head. He’s teasing me just like always. There is no unusual scent on me because I’ve been nowhere near anyone in the real world. “I’m not in the mood, Ashford. Seriously.” “Fine.” He huffs. “I was only joking. But you’re not in the mood for anything these days. What happened to you, man? You used to be fun.” “I grew up. It’s time you did the same, Ash.” He laughs. “Never gonna happen.” Ashford is a big kid and will always be one. There is nothing wrong with that, though sometimes, he could dial it down a little. “Wow. Look at her go.” Ashford tips his head toward the young woman using a standing dummy to spar with. She’s all alone, dressed in heavy boots, tight leather pants, and a matching bra-type top that ties around her neck. Her hair is tied in a severe bun, and sweat beads on her skin, shining under the sun as she moves. I can’t see her face, but her body is perfect. Her ass is tight and plump, her thighs are thick, her waist is slim, and her arms have visible muscle. Not bad. Not bad at all. “I thought Alife said Nancy was the best they had here?” Ashford points out, and I nod. Nancy is brilliant, but this woman is something else. Her movements are so swift that one blink and you’d miss it. The girl switches to weaponry, and with a bow in her hand, she loads four arrows into it. I fold my arms around my chest and watch with a skeptically raised eyebrow. However, I’m struck dumb when she spins on the spot, bow lifted, and releases the arrows. They spin and twist through the air, and all four hit their target. Bullseye. Perfect shot. Ashford and I watch for a while longer. The girl is amazing! “Damn,” Ashford whispers. “I think this girl is even better than Nancy. Not that I would take anything away from Nancy, she’s great. But this girl is something else.” I nod without taking my eyes off the girl using hand-to-hand combat with a dummy warrior. This woman has some skills. “She’s always been better than me.” Ashford and I both look at Nancy, now standing beside Ashford. “I didn’t mean anything bad by what I said.” Nancy chuckles. “That’s okay, Prince Ashford. I know you didn’t.” He nods. “Who is this girl? And why weren’t we informed she was this good?” Ashford asks while pointing at the girl running up a tree hands-free, reaching the top, flipping backward, and landing on her feet without problem. The muscles in her thighs tighten. I have never seen a woman as toned as this. She’s hot, I can’t deny that. If I were anyone else, I’d be trying to get into her pants. As it is, I have my dream girl, and no one else will do. Nancy nods. “Yes, I know her. That’s my sister.” I furrow my brow. “Your sister?” I ask. “Yes,” Nancy smiles. “Frankie.” “I’ll ask you again. Why weren’t we informed she was this good?” “I’m sorry, Prince Ashford. Frankie should have been the one chosen for the position with the Royal Warriors. She should have been put forward by the Alpha. However, my sister lost interest in being a warrior when her mate rejected her for someone else.” Ugh! That prick from last night needs his throat torn out! “It wasn’t so much that Anton left Frankie that was the problem. It’s that his betrayal came out of nowhere. He didn’t even speak to my sister before completing the mate bond with Jane. That caused Frankie immense physical pain.” Mates come and go. You either survive or you don’t. If you do, it’s possible that there’s someone better out there for you, someone who will love you unconditionally. But to be cheated on is not something I imagine anyone gets over easily. “The ex-mate sounds like a cunt.” Ashford huffs. Nancy laughs. “Yeah, that’s one word for him. You know, from the moment Frankie came to us…” “Wait,” Ashford holds up his hand, stopping Nancy from continuing. “Frankie isn’t your biological sister?” Nancy shakes her head. “Mom found Frankie wandering around town when she was ten years old. Frankie didn’t know anything, not even her name. Alpha said Frankie had amnesia. The doctors who examined Frankie determined that she was ten years old by checking the growth of her teeth and bones. Luna named my sister Frankie.” Interesting. “Alpha had the doctors run DNA tests, hoping he could trace Frankie’s family. But there were no matches. There was no family, which didn’t make any sense. But there was nothing Alpha could do but ask the then Lycan King what he should do. King Thane told Alpha that it was up to him to find Frankie a new family, but to ensure it was someone he trusted. “So, Mom and Dad adopted Frankie, and they doted on her, as they did my brothers. I came along a year later. From the moment I could walk, Frankie trained me in combat. Dad said Frankie was a natural. The things she could do came naturally to her. No one had taught her anything; she just knew. “Alpha put it to Frankie when she was sixteen that the King would love to have her as part of his army. She refused then because she didn’t feel ready to leave home. He asked her again once a year, but she never said yes. He asked one last time a few months ago, but she refused again. Only this time, she said no because her stupid mate emotionally blackmailed her into staying here. Anton was a damn pig!” “Sounds like it,” Ashford mumbles. I squint my eyes as Frankie stumbles forward. Something is wrong, I can feel it. I see her eyes roll as she turns her face toward me. I run towards her, catching her before she hits the ground. “Frankie!” Nancy screams and falls to her knees beside me. “What happened?” I don’t answer her because I don’t know the answer. “Neil,” Frankie smiles, her eyes dazed as she looks at me. “Þú fannst mig.” I scrunch my eyebrows. Why is she speaking like that? It will have to wait. I need to get Frankie to the infirmary now!
