CHAPTER 4 : SHERLOCK EMPIRE

NIELLA'S POV

Oh my gosh Angelia has a crush on Brandon this is big news to me really I decided to pull her legs

"You think or you do have a crush on him"

She glared at me playfully and nodded

"Aww that's so sweet does he know ?"

I asked her while still whooping at her

she immediately shouted a negative reply.

"What ? no he doesn't ! Niella he's the managing director of Sherlock Empire and he probably has a girlfriend"

"Don't give me that look Angelia I know the reason you are denying your feelings it's because of the class barrier you don't want to confess your feelings to your crush am I right ?"

I said to her while she's avoiding to maintain eye contact with me because she knows I have her connered by saying that I understand her point because in this world we live in rich people doesn't want to be involved with the poor rather they see us as plague.

"I'll just keep my feelings to myself and maybe hope he would notice me someday although I act Indifferent towards him any time he comes to the company"

she said sighing I could almost feel her pain because am kind of suffering from that too.

After we eaten dinner and arranged stuff bading each other good night we went into our different rooms because tommorow is going to be quite hectic for me am because I'll be starting my new job.

So Angelia went shopping for me before I got here saying I need office clothes I understand her I simply can't wear my nerdy clothes to a private firm .

I got to know from her that Kaizen paid my travel expense that was the reason I was able to board first class wow i wealthy people and luxury I made a mental note to myself to thank him.

The alarm almost blew my head off annoyed I shut it off will I ever get used to this alarm of a thing but I'll have to get used to it because I would really be needing it now because I must always be punctual to work and I wouldn't want to be late on my first day of work.

I went to freshen up and took out the clothes I would wear I took out a two piece penciled skirt and blouse in grey color and I decide to match it with a black heel and clutch I decided to put on a light makeup I applied mascara to my eyelashes and put on a mild lipgloss so my lips won't look chapped I have to look presentable because I'll always been seen with a prominent person now after getting dressed I take a look at my reflection in the mirror the girl that stared back at me was another being entirely not the nerdy girl people knew.

My curves was proportioned out making me look hot and sexy ? I think that's the word like this new me is a big contrast to the old me after i was done i picked my glasses left my room and head to the living room to meet up with Angelia who's been waiting for me I decide to ask her about my appearance.

"How do I look"

She turned facing me and almost choked on her tea taking in my appearance looking at me in downwards to upward motion.

"OMG look at my baby dragon you look gorgeous and hot"

She said fanning herself playfully

"Ooh I never knew you've got it this much "She said using her hands to outline my waist we both burst out laughing when I hear shout all of a sudden.

"No,no ,no you aren't wearing this hideous glasses"

She said to me while taking the glasses off my face and disappears into her room few minutes later she came out holding a contact lense With her and gave it me.

"Do I really have to wear this'

"Yes you do"

Sighing I went in to wear the contact lense and came out minutes later she then looked at me and gave me a thumbs up while winking at me what did I say about her being dramatic that's a slip of the tongue she's the real drama queen we head out and board the cab we've already booked and head out to Sherlock Empire.

KAIZEN'S POV

Yesterday's conversation between me and Brandon still lingers in my brain not even in my wildest dreams would I have imagined what I discovered but somehow am still baffled by it Brandon with a human mate like I know he has played around with some of them but the thought of spending a lifetime together with a human mate.

I kept on thinking about how they'll be able to cope and live together but I think the mate bond would make them adjust and warm up to each other since they will both be feeling each other's emotions when she's been marked not wanting to dwell on someone else's situation because I've never been a nosy person even though I act Indifferent to people now since the betrayal but that doesn't mean I don't have my pack's interest at heart and am just worried about Brandon even with my unease I can never voice out my thoughts to him. As an Alpha I can only feel for my pack at heart fight for them in secrets but I can never let them see me worried or troubled I can't show any form of weakness when am supposed to be their shield.

Today am supposed to meet my P.A and there is an important seminar we are to attend and it involves a contract signing event I don a three piece grey suit from from my brand Gray lock's Apparel with a Philippe patek wristwatch a Clark's shoe

don't blame me on being fashionable I run a clothing store.

I was already in my office when Angelia called me through the intercom saying Daniella is here of course I already knew her name because I checked her resume the day before because angelia brought it along with her when she came to inform me about her arrival and that's when Brandon saw Angelia.

Few minutes later I perceived Angelia's scent and a tantalizing scent belonging to another person I was disturbed by the smell when I look up I saw Angelia and someone coming after her and when Angelia turned on her heel to stand aside she came in view.

I was stunned by what I saw an angel in the form of a human she's like 6' with the heels she wore she donned a grey two piece skirt and blouse wait a minute we matched down to the shoes that's a big coincidence and she matched it with a black clutch the color of her heels.

She has super curly hair in blonde that reaches her waist and fall on her shoulders a very subtle pink lips like cupid bow and a contact lense a pin-pointed nose and is that freckles? a faint splatter of freckles right above her her cheek and nose and the curves damn her curves was well proportioned like the moon goddess did surgery on her.

She is hot and gorgeous at the same time was she a model am not supposed to think all this but I can't help it and I observed that i don't even feel the slightest repulsion towards her what's going on.

Just then Brandon came in without prior notice and he was just staring at her so much I that I got pissed off at him why would he stare at her that much i got out of my trance when angelia coughed ok now something is seriously wrong with me what was that thought that i had just now why would I be pissed off when someone stares at her I barely know her but her scent is intoxicating
