"Does putting people in situations like this make you happy?" Zane yells as he pushes me into the car.
I keep mute, holding Ariana’s hand for support. My mind races as I tighten my grip on Ariana. Zane stares at me for a while before he gets into the car and bangs the door.
He turns on the ignition and zooms out of the compound. I say a silent prayer as he speeds on the highway. It's partially my fault, and I don’t mean for his secret to be out in the open.
"Mr. Fernandez trusts me so much, and now you have managed to taint my name in his presence. I hope that makes you happy!" He slams his fist on the steering wheel.
His phone rings, and he picks it. "Natalie not now!" He yells, tossing his phone to the passenger’s seat.
