The women realized that they were being strangled and started fighting. The more they kicked the faster they ran out of breath. The brothers held firm and a few seconds later the kicking slowed and became weaker then just before final suffocation they removed the cloths allowing their victims to breathe again. The temporary lack of oxygen to the brain had rendered both women unconscious and would keep them there for a few minutes.
