Chapter 8

Asha Pov

When I was in front of my condo, I saw a small box and on top of it there have a greetings card, so I quickly took the Box and entered.

"Wow, I have loyal fans." I said to myself while sitting on the couch. Because of excited, I opened the box without any thinking what inside of it. When I opened it, I shouted, and I let go the box, and it was to fall on the floor.

“Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! Help.” Suddenly, my heart pounded, and my body trembled with fear. My hands shaking and it was sweating.

A few seconds later, I didn't expect Leonard arrived at my condo.

''Why are you shouting? What's up?'' He went to my side, and he touched my shoulder to check it if I'm okay.

Because of my fear, I hugged him and I cried on his shoulder. "You're here, stay with me first. I'm scared."

"What's up? Were you robbed?"

"No, I think someone wants to kill me."

He out into my embrace and looked at me. "Why?"

"There." I pointed the box that had landed on the floor. He picked it up and looked at it.

"This is Cat's head, and there's another letter." He shows me the letter.

He handed me the letter." Read it, you will find out something."

I picked it from his hand, and I open the envelope.

~ I hope you can sleep soundly. I just want to remind you to be careful, maybe tomorrow or the next day boooommm .. That's nothing. Don't be afraid, I am

just reminding you as a friend. I hope you liked my gift. By. unknown. ~

"I'm scared. '' I told him as my hand and lips trembled. Gush, Who the hell will do this to me? if I saw you I will kill you private parts anf throw it away. The ashole person make me scared. I am fighter but not like this.

"Your life is in danger right now. You need to sleep in my condo tonight to ensure your safety." He grabbed my hand in a sudden and pulled me out of my condo towards his condo. I didn’t complain because I was stunned, and I didn’t have a pack of my own.

When we got to the condo, we went to her room.

We stopped in front of his bedroom door. "Sleep Here."

"How about you?" my weak answer.

"I'll sleep on the couch." He opened the door and we entered. His room was spacious and clean. A large wolf painting was placed on the side of his bed.

"Thank you for your help.." I immediately sat down on the bed.

"If you need anything, just come to me outside." He took a pillow and blanket from her drawer. "Don't worry, I'm just here. Nothing bad happens to you." He looked into my eyes as if with a hint. When he came out, I lay down to his bed.

Something entered my mind.

"How did he hear my screamed?" I got up again and thought deeply. "Is that how sharpen his hear?" Because something bothered me. I left his room.

I saw him lying on the couch while reading a book.

"Heyy." I approached him and stood in front of him.

"Why are you scared again?" He put the book down on the couch and sat down.

"I was just wondering. How did you hear me screamed earlier?" I held both of my hand in my weist at the same time.

Leonard Pov

When I came out of my room, I immediately went to the couch and lay down. While I was lying, Asha suddenly came out and called me.

"Hey." She run to towards my side.

"Why? Are you scared again?"

"I was just wondering. How did you hear me screamed earlier?" Suddenly, I fell silent at her question.

"I was in front of your door earlier when I heard your screaming."

"Why are you there?" She stared at my eyes, that it looks like she was investigating.

"I would have come to you, to give you ointment. It appears to me that your hand will swollen the whole night.---I'm just worried for you." I could see in her eyes a suspicious action.

"All right." She quickly turned around and went back to my room.

"Ahhh!! This woman. You are still snobbish after all of my helps to her. She didn't even say thank you to me in a formal way.'' I whispered to myself as I am lying.

Out of the topic. These past few days, I can't control myself. When I was in my old place, I can avoid this such incidents. I can control myself not to hear noises around me, and also I can handle my anger emotions. But when I arrived in my new condo. It looks like there was a something magnet in my body that forcing me to do the things I didn’t like.

Around 11:30 pm I went to the secret room of my condo. At the secret room, you can see the things of my tribe before. I put everything here to keep the things, that I only had remembered.

As I was roaming around in the secret room, I was accidentally holding the items that was place in a glass drawer. You can see their clothes and fur inside of it.

As I held it, my tears starting dropping, and there is a scenario splash in my mind.

~ A woman holding a baby while running in the woods. As she was running, she was caught by a group of wolves and took the child held by the woman, and they killed the mother.~

When I removed my hands from my tribal belongings, I immediately went back to my real myself. "What happened? Why did this happen to me? I just experience it now. I can't see the woman's face but, it's something appears to be a hint. It is weird." I whispered to myself as I looked at my tribal belongings.

A few minutes later I decided to out going to my room to check what Asha's doing. I opened the door of my room and I saw her sleeping without a blanket I went to her and put a blanket to protect her from coldness and thereafter, I turn off the lampshade.

"When you sleep, you look like an angel. But when you wake up, you make a lot of noise." I said to myself as I exited the room.
