I walk out of the office and down the stairs, I head towards the hospital to check on the wounded warriors. I got mind linked that all of them have been allocated rooms and that they will all pull through as none of the injuries are life threatening, but that does not mean that I am not going to go and visit them and make sure that they really are ok.
When I get to the hospital, I see Debbie running around between different rooms off of the reception. Debbie has become a trainee nurse in the hospital, she started volunteering over a year ago while at medical school and when she completed, she undertook an apprenticeship here.
“Debbie, how is everyone?” I ask Debbie, causing her to notice me.
Debbie stops in front of me, slightly breathless.
“Everyone will be pulling through.”
