Vinnie anxiously stared at the red light above the operating room.
Time flew by, and it was almost eight in the morning. She called Wendy and entrusted her with the full authority to attend the transfer meeting of the Catmore Group's equity.
"Vinnie…" Wendy was shocked. She hadn’t expected Vinnie to be absent from such an important occasion. She knew very well how hard Vinnie had worked to reclaim Catmore Group.
"Don't worry," Vinnie reassured her. "Read the contract carefully. Mr. Wilson will also be there today, and I've asked him to help. I believe you’ll handle it well."
After giving detailed instructions, Vinnie took a few steps away and made another call to Pablo. Catmore Group was about to start anew and they needed substantial funding. She couldn't afford to give up now.
