Chapter 4 No Erectile Dysfunction

838 Words
"Ms. Kit, you seem to have forgotten. I was the one who brought you in from the rain," Borys replied, tossing a towel onto Vinnie's head. "Dry your hair and get dressed." Under Vinnie's suspicious gaze, Borys scoffed, "Ms. Kit, surely you don't think I would stoop to r**e, do you?" "Isn't that what happened?!" Vinnie shot back. Anyone waking up naked next to a man would think the same, wouldn't they? "If that were my intention, do you think you'd be sitting here unharmed?" Borys sat at the edge of the bed and squinted menacingly. He gestured to her soaked dress on the floor. "If I were that despicable, I wouldn't have removed your wet clothes to dry you off because of your fever. " He suddenly leaned in close, pressing down on her, his gaze piercing. Vinnie, feeling uncomfortable, clutched the blanket and backed into the corner of the bed. He lunged, pressing her down onto the mattress, which bounced under their weight. Borys looked intensely into Vinnie's eyes and said, "If I really wanted to do that, I would have thrown you into the bathroom, stripped you down, and f****d you right there." "Or maybe I would have f****d you in the car or on this bed, just like this," he added. His hand crept under the blanket, tracing Vinnie's smooth arm and waist. Vinnie shivered and, with a strong push, freed herself from the man on top of her! Being naked made her feel particularly vulnerable, and she was terrified that he might suddenly pull away the blanket! That would be too dangerous! No, this man had already seen everything! Damn it! "So you're saying you just saved me out of kindness?" Vinnie swallowed hard, clutching the blanket tighter. If he ever dared to force her, she would definitely bust his balls! Borys flashed a satisfied grin, stood up, and towered over Vinnie, stating, "Exactly." Was he really an upright gentleman? Vinnie recalled the rumors about Borys that, despite his billions, he had erectile dysfunction, which reassured her slightly. But why had she felt something hard pressing against her earlier? Vinnie's eyes darted to his crotch, where his pants seemed tented, suggesting what that rigid object might be. All those rumors were bullshit! "Alright, thanks for your help," Vinnie muttered, pulling the blanket up to her nose, worried her sarcasm was too obvious. "Also, Mr. Conroy, where's the bathroom? I need a shower." Borys pointed to the right, cautioning, "Your temperature is still high, so don't shower too long. I don't want to have to rescue you from there too." "Thanks for saving me, and sorry about earlier," Vinnie said sincerely. "Could you please step out for a bit?" Without looking back, Borys left the room. As his footsteps faded, Vinnie jumped out of bed and quickly locked the door. She headed for the bathroom and checked herself in the full-length mirror, and indeed, there were no marks of passion on her body. Vinnie quickly showered, feeling relieved that Borys had not only saved her but seemed to be a decent person. There were no women's clothes available, so she wore a shirt from Borys' wardrobe. His casual dress shirt covered her just enough, and she had to roll up the sleeves. The shirt was well-tailored and felt great, embodying the mature style she appreciated in a man, unlike Ruben, who always preferred youthful, trendy clothes and didn't like wearing the mature styles she bought for him. Wait... Why am I even comparing Borys with Ruben? Vinnie slapped her forehead and dried her hair, feeling sick and having a headache. After exiting the bathroom, she intended to ask where the medical kit was, but Borys wasn't in the room. "Mr. Conroy?" Vinnie wandered through the spacious apartment until she heard Borys' voice coming from the study. The door was left ajar. Peering through the gap, she saw him on the phone, his expression tense as he engaged in a clearly displeasing conversation. "Grandfather, I will not accept an arranged marriage." Borys raised his voice slightly. "I must choose my own partner!" Borys was at the pinnacle of the social pyramid in the city, yet he was being pressured into an arranged marriage? And now, he seemed adamantly opposed to it. Vinnie's phone buzzed. It was a message from Ruben. Her stumble earlier had interrupted her blacklisting him from her contacts. Upon opening the message, Vinnie shook with rage. Ruben: Vinnie, you're f*****g doomed, you w***e! How dare you offend Mr. Cook? Do you want to ruin the company? Unless you crawl into my bed and beg, I won't clean up your mess! As Vinnie started to type a furious reply, several more notifications popped up. It was the bank informing her that her accounts had been frozen. Shit! Ruben actually froze her accounts! Vinnie stepped aside to call the bank, only to learn it was due to a liquidation of assets ordered by Ruben. "Ruben, you bastard! Trying to ruin my life? Dream on!"
