It had been exactly a month since Peter claimed he didn't love you any more.
Peter was a mess. He didn't want to lose you, he loved you more than anything. He knew he had to leave you though, he didn't want to put your life at risk.
Tony knew something wasn't right. Peter wouldn't get excited about new tech that Tony would show him. He could tell Peter wasn't himself.
"Alright kid are you going to tell me what's wrong or do I have to guess." Tony said to Peter.
"What?" Peter asked, confused.
"You've been miserable for the past month, something's wrong and I want to know what it is."
"Nothing's wrong, I'm fine." Peter lied.
"Don't lie to me or I'll take away the suit." This made Peter perk up.
"Fine." Peter sighed. "I had to break up with my girlfriend. After my run in with the vulture I realised how dangerous people can actually be. I didn't want to put her life at risk."
"Did you love her?" Tony asked.
"More than anything. I'd always have a smile on my face when I was around her. I could see my future life with her. I had even planned how I was going to propose to her." Peter smiled at the thought of marrying you.
"Then go get her back." Tony told Peter. "With the technology I have we can keep her safe. We'll be able to keep an eye on her and make sure she's not in any danger."
"Really?" Peter asked hopefully.
"Yes but you will have to tell her you're Spider-Man." Tony told Peter.
"I can do that." Peter smiled.
"Then go get her." Tony smiled at Peter.
Peter ran out of the Avengers headquarters and started to swing from building to building to get to your house. On the way he picked up a bouquet of your favourite flowers.
When Peter got to your house he saw something that he wish he didn't see. There was a big 'SOLD' sign on your front lawn and different people were moving in.
Tears threatened to escape his eyes. He went over to your neighbour who he had become friends with over the years.
"Where is Y/N." He asked your elderly neighbour, well your former neighbour.
"Didn't she tell you? The family have moved to England." She told Peter.
That was it. Peter had truly lost you.
