For the past year and a half you had been happily dating Peter. You spent every moment together, that was until Peter got an internship with Tony Stark. You didn't mind thought, Peter still made sure he spent as much time as possible with you.

Your family loved Peter and Aunt May loved you. You had never been happier.

Peter was the same, you made him so happy but there was a problem. Ever since his run in with the vulture Peter realised how dangerous these villains could actually be. He didn't want to put your life at risk.

You were sat in your bedroom studying for the upcoming algebra test when Peter walked in. As soon as you saw his face you knew something wasn't right.

"What's wrong." You worriedly asked.

"I can't be with you anymore." Peters voice was shaky, tears falling from his eyes.

"W-what?" You were so confused. You and Peter had the perfect relationship.

"I'm breaking up with you."

You were so confused as to why he was doing this but in Peter's mind he was saving your life. Even though he has a secret identity people could easily find out who he is just like the vulture did.

"Why?" You asked.

"I just don't love you anymore." Peter lied.

You were in shock. You knew he was lying, you could tell when he was lying.

"Leave." You ordered.

"I'm sorry."

"Get out!" You shouted.

It was over. Your first love was gone.
