Painting - Peter Parker

404 Words
You were the quiet kid at school. You kept yourself to yourself and stayed out of everyone's business. This is how you survived High School. Yes, you didn't have any friends but that didn't matter to you. You got to do what you were passionate about with out being bothered. You got to paint in peace. Well you did. What you thought was a peaceful Thursday morning at school turned into quite the opposite. You were carrying your large canvas painting through the halls when you turned the corner and bumped into Florence Micheal's, the school bully. "I am so sorry, I didn't see you." You panicked picking up your painting off of the floor. "What is this?" Florence laughed. "You've actually painted, well attempted to paint, that Spider-Boy?" "It's Spider-Man." You mumbled trying to hide your painting from the girl. "It's not even that good, why do you even try." The bully said whilst snatching the painting from your grip. Peter Parker watched as Florence snatch the painting from you. He knew you as you were in the same science class. His desire to be a hero soon kicked in and he marched his way over to you both. "You shouldn't take things that don't belong to you." Peter said, taking the canvas from Florence and giving it back to you. That was when he noticed that the painting was of him or rather Spider-Man. He admired the art work that you had created, noticing that you got every single muscle on his body. "Get lost Parker, no one wanted you here." "I do." You spoke up, soon regretting it. "Aw the little want to be artist has a crush on Parker, isn't that cute." Florence smirked. "This is really good, amazing in fact. It's that Spider-Boy isn't it?" Peter asked turning his back to Florence causing her to storm away. "It's Spider-Man." You blushed. "Did you paint this from memory?" He asked you as he noticed you got all of the details of his suit. "Pretty much. I like to sit on the roof of my building and paint. I see him almost every night swinging from building to building." "That's awesome." Peter smiled not taking his eyes off the painting. "I've actually seem him without his mask on." You said, surprising both you and Peter at the words that left your mouth. "Y-you have?" Peter stuttered. "I know you're Spider-Man, Peter."
