After the big war, everything returned to normal, Rose and Damon could finally have normalcy in their life. As normal as a King and Queen could live. The Moon Goddess finally had her mate alongside her and was happy. Rose met with her father and had a very teary and emotional reunion with her dad, and the Daughter and father duo were happy. Lilian also was accepted into the royal family and was very happy till she met Sam. It turned out she was his mate. They both now we're happily married and even had a baby on its way. Sarah was excited about having a mother in her life now. As for Alice? She was kept in a cell. Rose has taken all of her powers and was kept as a human. Grace didn’t have the heart to hurt her sister and the Moon Goddess understood that and accepted it.
