Jenna cycled through the shuttle’s airlock and found herself facing the outer airlock door for the Tagrale. She paused for a few seconds, then activated the external controls. The Tagrale’s airlock door opened in tandem. Jenna’s sensors showed a perfect match between the atmosphere within and what was in the shuttle’s airlock. Too close for coincidence. The Tagrale seemed to be matching conditions outside its airlock.
She wondered whether it would still match if the shuttle’s airlock had been in vacuum but she didn’t plan on testing that out. For the moment she was copying what the Professor had done for Tagrale Beta. Any deviation might leave her stuck with no idea what to do next.
