I don’t set myself up as qualified or even allowed to judge her, but I have to wonder at the humanity left in a person who would blow someone’s head off at close range with a shotgun when it was clearly not necessary. If I had not put her down, she probably would have injured or even killed other officers. She had already wounded officer Gunn very seriously. He was lucky not to have been killed.”
