Not because anyone arranged it exactly — it emerged from the fact that both of them were in Lisbon the same weekend in May and both of them had separately told Camila they would like to discuss the wedding, and she had, with the practical efficiency of a nursing student who was also planning a wedding between two different worlds, combined those separate requests into a single occasion that she supervised from across a restaurant table.
