Everything is in Place

The next day Kazuma got up early and he went to school. He was on his way to school. It was a very peaceful morning. There was no traffic or a lot of people on the way. He was almost to the school and met Emily at a turn. She didn't talk to him or greet him. She went as if she didn't know him. Kazuma wants to say something but he stopped himself because of her.

He entered the school on time. He looked at everyone but he couldn't find Marie anywhere. She also didn't come to school. Kazuma didn't talk to any of his friends. He sat on his bench all day looking out of the window.

At lunchtime, Kazuma saw that Emily was going to the roof. She didn't look at Kazuma's class. Kazuma got up and rushed to the roof. Everyone was surprised he ran to the roof. He saw Emily looking down at the gate of the school. Kazuma called her and say " Emily I'm sorry, I don't want to hurt your feelings ".

Emily replied " Kazuma you don't need to apologize it was just that I have always been distant from others and you were the first one that I took a liking to " Kazuma felt sorry and guilty for her and he replied " Emily it was not that I don't like you but it's simply that we were strangers not long ago and it was a total shock for me and I was not ready for this. So can we start by being friends again "

Emily hesitated and Kazuma replied " Please Emily give me a chance " Emily smiled at Kazuma and shake hands with him. Kazuma finally felt at ease and he had lunch with Emily and had a long chat with her.

Kazuma's ultimate goal was to patch everything with his friends. He thought that he will go to Marie's house after school and sort things out with her.
