"gosh I need to really undergo a surgery on my eyes" I said touching my cheeks because they were now hot.

I smile always but deep down am sad and scared.

The reason I stay alone is because my mom doesn't want my dad to trouble me since she can't stop him.

The house was boring without her and I kept praying that she comes.

Living in a small house is good, that way you would get to see each other often.

the door opened and she walked in slowly.

"I wonder what's wrong with her" I said to myself .

"how was working? " I asked smiling.

"stressful" she replied.

"it seems that someone isn't shy to look at me" she said now smiling broadly.

"f**k, I forgot" I said rubbing my hair.

"am sorry for entering the bathroom without knocking but to be frank you really ehhhh you understand" she said laughing.

"you must be kidding right?" I asked covering my face

We ate our food, after that she left for her room.

"why can't I sleep" I asked myself standing up from the cushion.

I checked the time and it was 11:38 already.

I walked to the kitchen to get water on my way out, I heard noise coming from Amelia's room.

"should i go in? " I asked myself.

I walked pass but I couldn't hold it any longer so I went into her room.

She was sleeping and struggling, the heat on her face was much.

"I don't want to do it, please let me go" she said crying in her sleep.

What's happening? I asked myself.

I went to where she was and tapped her and she woke up immediately.

"don't come close, stay away from me" she said pointing at me while shaking in fear.

I went closer to her not minding the outcome and drew her to myself.

"I won't let them hurt you again" I said referring to no one in particular.

She became calm holding me tightly.

"don't let them touch me" she said weakly.

"I won't let them" I stroked her hair.

I didn't know what to do, so I sang her a song with the best voice ever.

I stared at her lovely face that was like that of a baby.

"finally she's asleep" I sighed.

I lay her down trying to leave but she held my hand still in a sleeping state.

"I would have to stay" I lay down near her and pulled her very close to me so that she won't get scared after some time I slept off without knowing.

......morning......

For the first time in many years, I slept like a baby.

His morning erection woke me up today and for the first time, I didn't feel scared.

I can't tell Jack about the bad memories even if he ask. I said to myself.

I turned to face him and he was still sleeping peacefully.

"thanks for last night" I kissed his forehead before leaving the bed.

"finally I've gotten my cure and I won't let it go" I flashed a smile at no one in particular.
