I have been in Late Temmus' pack for a week to assist with and discuss alpha matters on behalf of my alphas. The number of times Silvina has tried to seduce me has been outrageous, especially considering she is still mourning her father. I am more than ready to leave this pack and return home to Beth.
She and I talk every day, at least three times a day, but even so, I feel distant from her. Her responses are sometimes vague and cold. Was she doubting my feelings for her again? I was sure about my feelings, just as I was certain about that day. I had ended things entirely with Cindy, and she had accepted it—at least that's what she said.
