  Mia's POV   Did I miss him?   Was he crazy?   "This is it now, Mia," I told myself. "This is where we have to pretend that everything is okay, don't give James a hint of suspicion."   I swallowed hard and plastered a fake smile on my face, but inside I was screaming, suffocating with the emotions of the last two months of dealing with his dirty little secret, his lies, the betrayal and how he had made me feel unworthy and unwanted.
