I watched Mia climb back into her car and drive away quicker than lightning. I had dreaded telling her the news of my fiancée being pregnant by her husband. It was a messy situation that I couldn't wait to get out of. My parents adored Erin, and I knew that if she kept that baby and tried to palm it off as mine, then I wouldn't be happy.
