I went downstairs to find all four of my brothers already at the table. They looked up when I entered.
"Wow," Silas said as he grinned. "Look at you looking all fancy."
"Elena's work," I said as I sat down. "Which reminds me. Why didn't anyone tell me about this Council visit?"
Theron had the decency to look guilty. "I meant to mention it yesterday but you were so focused on your training that I didn't want to add more stress."
