Chapter Twelve

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

“ Come in “

A voice called out to them. They both came inside.

“ Ah you guys came “

A voice became stronger. The three students spoke to the man. The man introduced himself as the principal of the school.

“ You three are the best out of the student“

“ I trust you three. Because, you have the highest IQ“

“ And in this case, as I have received news from the chairman that there will be two new students coming to Sacred Diamond School “

“ I want you three to show them around “

The three students nodded to the principal. However; these three nor the principal knew that they already had them. But, they do not know the name. Since, the principal didn’t tell them their names yet.

“ Before you go, the names of the two students I will tell you are three. So you could help them out “

“ The first one is a female student. Her name is Dextera Apollonia. She is an outstanding person. Because, her IQ is really high. That’s why she’s on a scholarship to this school “.

“ The second one is a male student. His name is Keane Andrei. He’s also another outstanding person. Because, his IQ is also really high. That’s why he’s also on a scholarship to this school “

“ Treat them right alright, Napoleon Teague Martin, Harvey Thor Marin, Avyanna Mia Aziza “

The principal says the names of the three students. The students that would show the two new students around the school.  

TWO NEW STUDENT’S POV

Dextera

I arrived at Sacred Diamond School. It was my first time attending this school. I have a feeling who owns this school. I felt good when people looked at us with awe. When I entered the school, I could smell blood from a mile away. And for some reason, I hear someone crying. And there was a distinctive voice calling for help. I look at Keane. And he too also felt it as well. And in that instant, he and I stop at the center of the school hallway. I felt disgusted at what I saw. 

Eight students bullying a group of kids. I saw four boys and four girls. And I could tell they are boyfriend and girlfriend to each other. I also heard a horrible screeching sound of a girl's voice. It hurts my ears. I could also sense that death is coming. But, I don’t know where it’s coming from. Not until, I heard Keane roar really loud like a tiger. I looked at him and he had the same look as me. I feel like my body is on autopilot. Keane blocked the first group of the four of the students. 

While, I block the second group of the four of the students. I could also see that Keane, my big brother, threw the first group of four on the floor. The one girl and one boy who seem to be the leader of the bullies at his grasp. I have a feeling that big brother is hiding a secret from me. But, I won’t ask him. Unless he’s ready to tell me. I’m impressed that Keane, my big brother, is strong. I’m not afraid of him. For some reason, I feel comfortable around him. Even though I’m still in a daze. 

And don’t have any memories of him being my big brother. I guess I can’t call him big brother at school. I was told by him to call him by his name instead. I also heard an unknown voice in my head. It started right after I confronted the female teacher. I don’t like her odor. It reeks of evil. And also the fact I could smell her ‘ after s*x ‘ scent. I could tell she just came out from a door. In which she smells of a scent that came from a male. Either it's coming from a student or one of the teachers.

For the time being, I’ll keep an eye on the other students that are beaten and bruised. After so many conversations here and there, it disappoints me more. But, I had to calm Keane down. Because, I could hear footsteps coming our way. I had to walk over to Keane. I wrap my arms around his waist. So, he could drop his hands from the two student’s throats. He did comply. And he turned around to face me. At that time, the principal came running down. I could tell the teachers to explain their side of the story to the principal. 

I could also see one of the female teachers. The one that had a scent of a w***e lying to the principal. She blamed me for hurting the students at school. I roll my eyes at that thought. I didn’t even hurt them. Me and Keane just arrived at the school. I scoff at her. I kneel down at the same level of the students that were bullied. I helped them up. But, I could feel their pain. A pain that made me whimper. On cue, I saw a family of doctors of ours appeared out of nowhere. 

More like they appear from the shadow into the light. They bow towards me and Keane. I could hear gasps here and there from every student in the hallway. I could also see the principal’s face stiffen. After a while, the principal told us to see him at his office once done. So, we just nodded at them. 

Keane

And she too also felt it as well. And in that instant, she and I stop at the center of the school hallway. I felt disgusted at what I saw. 

Eight students bullying a group of kids. I saw four boys and four girls. And I could tell they are boyfriend and girlfriend to each other. I heard a loud voice. The loud voice came from a boy’s laughter. And a painful screeching coming from a female voice. What I saw was the last straw to keep my head cool. I told Dextera not to cause trouble. But, look at me; I’m the one who started it. I had to do it. I didn’t want to see any more blood being spilled. I don’t have any remorse for these eight bullies who are students.

It disgusts me. I felt sheer anger coming from Dextera. It was very powerful just like me. We cannot show ourselves yet. We know to live a low key life. That’s the reason why our ‘ parents ‘ allow us to live a normal lifestyle. Dextera doesn’t know that the ‘ parents ‘ we are living with are the host parents in this city. Our parents are technically living far away. It was the only way to keep both ourselves in constant danger. I’m the oldest. But, I knew that me and my little sister are very special.

Even though we have human forms we still act as human. We are not half half of anything. We are both pureblood. And I’m the only one that found out that we are also supernatural beings. Cool isn’t right? However; my little sister doesn’t know that. Hmm.. if she did I guess she forgot. Or maybe she’s confused. Either way, I stayed focused right in front of me. What kind of teachers don't stop these bullies? I feel my blood boiling. I don’t know why. But, the anger built up so much. I feel like I want to tear these bullies to shreds.

I could feel my body move on its own. In a blink of an eye, I threw the two people that appear to look like a leader. The two leaders seem to be bullies. And they didn’t do anything to stop it. My body was on autopilot. In a blink of an eye, I instantly grab the two leaders by their throat. I had them at the throat after I threw the other bullies on the floor. I could also see the bullies in front of my little sister.

… Meanwhile …

Dextera and Keane walk with the rest of the family doctor to the nurse office. From there, the nurses at school were shocked to see a lot of students hurt. They had to share a bed for each student. The nurse looked up at them. She doesn’t know why. But, she bowed to them in respect. It was like a feeling that she has to do it. They watch over the students that were hurt. When they woke up, the nurse was trying to apply medicine to them. But, the group of students wince at the pain. It was the first time the nurse helped out. Even though she dislikes these students. 

There were more people coming inside the nurse's office. Beside the people being bullied; there are other students too. The ones that Keane hurt. The students that came to the nurse after Dextera saved the innocent students. The eight students who are the group of bullies came inside the nurse office. The bullies pretend they are in pain. And that they blame innocent students for their bruises. Dextera and Keane could see through their lies. After the healing, the adults of the bullies came to see the principal. They want to see who causes trouble. And hurt their children. So, they could get sympathy from others. However; they won’t get any sympathy from Dextera and Keane though. They could see through their act.

At that moment, the nurses kicked out the innocent students. She believes what the bullies say to her. Dextera shakes her head in disapproval. She looks at Keane. And he also dislikes the actions of the nurses. Especially she attend the bullies' injuries. They should be ashamed of themselves is what Keane thought.

“ So that’s how you are. You ignore the innocent, while you attend the bullies “

Dextera spoke honestly to the nurse. She could see through the act.

“ You can fool others, but you cannot fool both of us. Isn’t that right Kuya? “

Dextera says to the bullies. No one couldn’t understand what Kuya means. Because it was in Tagalog. A language that these bullies couldn’t comprehend. Keane understood what it meant. He nodded his head.

“ Ms. Nurse, if you’re not even looking after the innocent. While you believe the bullies’ words against others. Then what’s the point of you keeping that job. Hmm.. I guess I’ll talk to the chairman about this “

Dextera says to her and everyone in the room. Ms. Nurses haven’t met the chairman yet. But, she was told that she got this job from her friend. And that her friend was hired by the chairman himself. However; they didn’t know who the chairman really was. Or the relationship that chairman has. Dextera sigh. She knows who the chairman of the school is. And who hired the principal to be the principal of the school. With a snap of her finger, the same family doctor appeared.

“ aking babae (my lady), you called ? “

One of the family doctors spoke as they kneel down towards Dextera. He also saw Keane.

“ batang panginoon (young master), it’s a pleasure to meet you together with aking babe (my lady)“

Another family doctor spoke to Keane. He too also kneels down. Both of them place their hands over their hearts. It was a sign to show respect. The school nurse and the bullies aren’t aware of Dextera and Keane. They just think they are regular students. But that wasn’t the case for them.

“ You all can rise please “

Dextera says to their family doctor as she raises her right hand up. It was a signal to them to stand.

“ What can we do for you aking babae ? (my lady)“

The family doctor with light brown hair and brown eyes spoke.

“ The school nurse here kicks innocent students who are mostly bullied, beaten to death, etc. She doesn’t want to treat their wounds. She believes the words of a group of bullies. Could you send these innocent students to our family hospital. Have you and the rest of your men check on their wounds. I’ll have a talk from the principal to have them be excused from classes. You are dismissed “

Dextera spoke to their family doctor gently.

“ As you wish, aking babae (my lady)“

The family doctors understood. They kneel and bow to Dextera and Keane excuses himself. Keane looked at her with loving eyes that he does as a sibling. No one in this school knew that these two students they would get are related to each other. The innocent students were shocked. They had these two strangers to believe them. They were surprised that these two didn’t believe the group of bullies.

“ Don’t be afraid, little one. Me and this man here will not allow anyone to hurt you and your friends ever again. I’ll make sure of it “

Dextera looks at the girl next to her. She could see that she was trembling in fear. Even the girl’s friends were also trembling in fear of the nurse and the group of bullies.

“ Would you kindly write your name and the names of your friends? So that me and this man could ask permission from the principal. Since, we want you guys to take a leave of absence and to take a rest from all those bruises you have received from them “

Dextera says gently to the girl. The girl wasn’t afraid of her. She felt comfortable towards her. And the man next to her. She nodded. Keane gave the girl a piece of paper so that the girl could write down her name and her friends’ name. When the girl was at reach near Keane, he whispered in her ear. And she also nodded to what Keane said to her quietly. Dextera; on the other hand, she could understand what Keane asked. She didn’t need to question Keane. She trusts him. Like he trusts her. The girl ripped the piece of paper in half. The first half is the list of names of innocent students who are bullied, etc. And the second half is the list of names of the bad students.

The bad students who bullied them in the first place. Dextera took the list of names of innocent students who also were victims to their bullies. And the innocent students who are now currently the new victims of the bullies. Keane took the second half of the piece of paper. The ones that have the list of names of all bullies who took part in bullying the innocent students before and after. Keane shows his Ate the second half of the piece of paper to her. She nodded. With just one glance at Keane, he understood too. His task was to find evidence that these groups of bullies were the ones who attacked them.
