Chapter Seven

The fourth boy sighs as well. He shakes his head. He also could tell the air is different. As well as the darkness he saw. It’s scattered into the air.

“ Wo renwei women sun chi de zhe zuo chengshi ben renmen cheng wei jiujinshian “  [I think this city we are in is what humans call it San Francisco].

The fifth boy snapped out of it. The wind was telling him that this is the city where many humans lost their lives. He could also see a shopping mall. A mall that says “ Stonestown “ is what the wind whispers to his ear.

“ Na women jiejin zuizhozg muni dele ma “  [Then are we close to our final destination?]

Seth sighs. He turned around. He asked them that.

“ Buzai ta shenbian de gangue shi women ganglia pijuan “ [The feeling of not being around her is making us feel more tired].

Seth says to everyone. Hunter sighs. He took a deep breath. He looked at the others. And he nodded to what Seth said. He saw that the day was about to turn into night time. Their servant was with them. He orders their servants who are their bodyguards to find decent clothes for them. Their servant disappeared. They go find a good store that has men’s clothes that fit them. They did find one store that welcomed them with open arms. It was a*****e called ‘ Eternal Dream of Sacred Heart  ‘ . 

The atmosphere there was welcoming. Even though the people working at the store are full of humans. They were distracted by their handsome faces. They were really serious about their job. They didn’t want to get fired even after they were hired to work there.  They mind-link Hunter asking him and his friends to come to this store where they were at. It took them about two minutes for them to receive the message. They showed Hunter where the store was located. 

After a few minutes, Hunter and his friends finally reached a friendly store. They were outside the store. They sense a mysterious aura around the store. It was as if it was blessed and protected by someone. But, they do not know who. As they stepped foot in the store, they were blasted with strong winds. There was countless flourish of scent mixed into it. It was a refreshing sight to see. As well as, they somehow felt that the scent was familiar to them. The wind was too strong for their taste though. 

They thought that the human world didn't have any magical powers. It’s supposed to be a human realm anyways. They all studied all the faces of the humans in the store. After a while, they came to a conclusion. They looked at each other. Then nodded at each other. Then they speak to each other in chinese. The workers at the store don’t speak nor understand chinese.

“ Ein ruhe Bandai ka deng? “  [What do you think of Caden?]

A boy who stood near him, while Seth and Hunter stayed with them. They didn’t move around. They saw a couch. So, they sat down on it. They were waiting.

Tamen meiyou yueliang nushen fuyu de shenqi liliang “  [Beside our servant and bodyguards looking for clothes for us to wear. Other than that they are completely human. They don’t have any magical powers given by the moon goddess].

They rub their heads in frustration. They sigh over and over. It didn’t take long when someone took notice of them. A beautiful woman in her 30s heard them sigh. She approached them slowly. The boys were in defense mode. She stopped half way. She senses they don’t trust her.

“ Wo bu Hui Shanghai nimen de. Ni zai tanqi suoyi wo cai guolai kan kan nimen hai hao ma “  [I'm not going to hurt you guys. You were sighing. So I just came over to see if you guys are okay]. The woman said to them in Chinese, while she was a few meters away from them.

The boys’ eyes grew wide. This was the first time someone spoke to them in chinese. They assume no human would know the Chinese language. Seth looked up. He saw a woman. At first, he thought the woman was a teenager. Because of her face. In his eyes, he saw a slender, feminine build; caramel skin color, voluptuous and hourglass body. She had a soft heart face shape, seductive arch eyebrow shape, refined nose shape, and classic lip shape. Her hair color was naturally black. But, she had a red highlight on it. 

She was wearing eyeglasses, since she couldn’t see far. Her lips were a slightly light blush. Her hair was in a ponytail style. They stayed quiet. The woman tilted her head to the side looking confused. After a few minutes of silence, Jasper smiled at her. He softened his face. He studied her closely. He whispers to his friends telling them that the woman means no harm. In other words, the woman was harmless. And isn’t a dangerous person. The woman smiled at them. Jasper sighs. The others relaxed.

“ Ni juedui ling ben jingtan. Ni keening shi she, miili de guniang?“  [You’re absolutely stunning. Who might you be, beautiful girl?]. 

Jasper winked at her as he asked. The women giggle softly. She was trying to hold it in. She didn’t want to offend them. They seemed new around this area as she looked at them. She had a feeling that boys think she’s a girl. She made an ‘ o’ shape from her mouth when she realized why. Jasper watches her reaction.

Seth and Hunter snickered quietly. Jasper frowned. The others realize after what she meant. The other two knew that his flirting doesn’t work on her.

This time the women frowned. She didn’t know the person. Yet they ask her, her name. Then they ask her how old she is. She felt offended by it. She was debating whether to tell them her name. She can’t flirt with them. Her husband will not like it. If she was younger around their age, she didn’t mind dating them.  She didn’t respond to them. She was saved by someone else. 

“ Himeko, my love there. Did these people try to hurt you “ 

A strong man approached her. He stands his ground. He was there to protect his wife. He used to be a soldier. A soldier who fights for their country in a heated battle. She turned around when her name was called. It was her husband who came to look for her. Jasper backed off. He didn’t want to offend any human who already has a lover. Himeko shakes her head to them. She placed her hand on his shoulder. He relaxed. She turned to him. They were whispering among each other. But, some of them heard it. Since, they had good hearing.

“ Himeko my love, you shouldn’t go around pretending you’re a high school student “ .

The man caresses her face gently as he gazes at her eyes in a loving way.

“ But, Donato. I did no such thing. They probably mistake me for one. Especially of my face “

The woman pouted at his response. 

“ Of course they would think that. You’re very beautiful. You were born with a babyface. So, you look younger than your age “

The man says to his wife. He tries to calm her down. He knew she was angry. 

“ Don’t forget these boys are of the same age as our daughter. Why not introduce them to her ? I’m sure she would gladly have friends “ said the man speaking to his wife.

“ Would that be alright for them? They are complete strangers to us. Do you think our daughter would like them ? “ said the woman speaking to her husband.

The man looked at his wife. She looked at him. They both sigh. They felt someone staring at them. It was Jasper and the others. The air has become awkward. They turned to face them. And they smiled at them gently. They bow towards them in respect to excuse themselves. Jasper accepted. And they left. Himeko and Donato spoke to the workers that work at their store. Jasper and the others didn’t know that yet. The servant came back and gave them clothes to try out.

The others didn’t mean to intervene in their conversation. They heard what Himeko and Donato spoke about.

Anthony spoke for a second time.

The boy sitting next to Anthony. They look at each other. They didn’t think that they would have the same mates. But, how would that be possible ? The moon goddess only grants one mate for every supernatural. They do get a second chance. It isn’t possible for a supernatural being to have the same mate. That only works if they are identical to each other. And they are brothers or something.

“ Rang women jejune zhege wenti. Women bushi you shi churn zhexie yifu ma?“  [Let's get this over with. Aren't we all trying these clothes out ?] 

Caden sighs as he speaks out to them.

They tried all the clothes that their servant gave them. They liked it a lot. They were going to pay for it. But, when they approached them. One of the people in the front gave them a letter. It tells them that their clothes have already been paid. The letter was written in Chinese.

It was great to spend time with you guys. Even for a short while. You all made a great impression on us. Well mainly on me. My husband doesn't really trust you yet. He is wary of you. But, we would not push you guys away. You are important just like any customer. You are welcome in this store anytime. It’s not my business why you came to this city. But please don’t cause any trouble to anyone you bump into or you see on the street. This is a world where humans live. I might not know who you really are. But, I feel comfortable around you. You don’t seem like a dangerous group of people. So, we gladly took the offer of paying for your clothes when you tried them on.  It’s in the house. Please don’t pay us back.

P.S. You all look so young. yourself. Perhaps you're the same age as our daughter. If we ever bump into each other, you are welcome into our home. But, I do warn you though; my daughter isn’t keen on strangers.

Jasper was shocked as he heard what his friends said to them.

Anthony, Seth and Hunter confirmed it to him. They gave them the letter to Jasper. He read it over and over. They were right. The clothes they tried on were already paid for. They bow towards the person who gave them the letter. She nodded at them. They left the store. And they head on their way to find the address that their parents gave them.

“ Those men are hot. I wonder if they have a girlfriend “.

The woman spoke her opinion.

“ Don’t be silly. They look like they aren’t from around here. We shouldn’t get ourselves involved with them “.

Another woman says.

“ Besides, we already gave the letter to them per instruction from our boss “.

Another person says.

From far away from a distance; just a few miles; Emerson felt a strong wind coming their way. The angel that appeared went back to the girl’s body. Quincy woke up. She adjusted her eyes. As the room was bright. She blinked her eyes a couple of times. She didn’t rub them. Since, she heard that if you rub your eyes a lot; you might lose your eyesight in the near future.

“ The worst part is how do I know how to sing in Japanese? “

“ And not to mention those boys. They look like the ones in my dreams “
