Matt comes with me to the construction sight and I can hardly contain myself. This is it, everything is so close to being ready! With that last donation, we reached 60 million. I bought out an abandoned site and decided to build on that so it would be cheaper than starting from scratch. Just one more year and the complex will be ready. It's been a long time coming to this, I've had to work so hard to get donations and investors and contracts drawn up. This new fifty story apartment building with ten f*****g studio apartments per floor will be the last touch.
