Shawn
"I think I should just stay at Grayson's tonight. I doubt I'm welcome into your home anymore." Tatum bows her head, shamefully.
I wrap my arm around her shoulder. "You are ALWAYS welcome into my home, Princess. Tonight was not your fault. I'm going to kill my cousin for getting you in trouble."
Tatum gives me a weak smile, "Hey Shawn?" I look at her and motion for her to go on, "do you think this whole thing will make people think I'm not just a good girl?"
I chuckle lightly, "definitely babe, you went to jail! You are a freaking bad ass."
"Why thank you kind sir, I try." She giggles.
I pat her head and kiss her temple, "So do you want to stay at Grayson's or do you want to come back to mine?"
"Are you sure it would be okay for me to still stay with you? I feel like your parents will actually hate me after what happened tonight."
I smile at her, "yes, it is okay for you to come to my house, Tatum. Tonight was NOT your fault. Like I said, you are always welcome into my home. And baby, my parents do not hate you. I don't think it's possible for anyone to hate you."
She looks at me with her beautiful doe eyes and leans in. I meet her half way and our lips connect. It is absolute bliss feeling her soft lips on mine. As the kiss gets more heated we hear someone clear their throat behind us. Tatum, shocked, bites my lip and she looks at me horrified, which makes me laugh.
"I should've known what was taking you two so long." Says a distraught looking Alex. "I didn't really believe it when Tyler and Grayson said you two were together, but I guess I was just in denial."
Tatum looks down at her hands, "sorry Lexi, I wasn't thinking, its not fair to you to see us kissing."
"Tate, how many times do I have to tell you not to call me Lexi?" Alex groans, and Tatum and I laugh.

After the whole ordeal with Alex catching Tatum and I, we went back inside and hung out for a couple more hours. We are now on our way back to my house and Tatum keeps fidgeting nervously next to me. I reach over and put my hand on her thigh,"Princess, if you this worried about coming back to mine I can turn around and drop you of at Grayson's. I won't be offended, I just want you to be comfortable. "
"No its okay, Shawn. I'm just nervous. I want to be with you. I'm not sure if I can sleep without you anymore." She laughs and I look over and smile at her briefly before turning my eyes back to the road ahead.
"Just making sure," I say, pulling into the driveway. "If at any point you feel like you don't want to be here, let me know."
We both unbuckle and she hugs me over the center console. "Okay, thank you for being so understanding."
I peck her lips and smile, "of course, baby." She blushes and I smile even wider. "C'mon, let's go inside. And if you want we can just go straight to my room so you don't have to talk to anyone."
We get out and meet in front of the car. I take her hand and we walk inside. Once through the front door we are greeted by both maids and they take our jackets and shoes. We then make our way towards the stair case and my parents see us from the sitting room "Shawn, Tatum, could you two come here for a second?" my mother asks.
Tatum squeezes my hand and whispers, "they hate me. I knew I wasn't welcome here anymore."
"Tatum, don't worry. They don't hate you." I whisper back as we make our way into the room.
My mother gives Tatum a soft smile, "How are you dear? Tonight must have been scary for you."
Tatum looks up at me, a hint of surprise on her face then returns her gaze to my mother. "I'm okay, and yes it was scary. I didn't want to be there in the first place."
Its my father who speaks up next,"We know, you are a good kid, Tatum. My nephew is in a heap of trouble, and I'm very sorry he dragged you along."
"So... so you don't hate me?" Tatum questions, looking at her feet.
My mother stands up and embraces Tatum, "Of course we don't hate you, darling." when Tatum is released from my mother's arms her hand instantly finds mine again. My mother looks at me, "Shawn, be a dear and take her to get some rest."
As I lead Tatum up the stairs to our room I say,"Told you so, princess."
