The first chapter of this book was written in a coffee shop on Fifteenth Avenue in Capitol Hill, Seattle, where I often hung out with a group of misfits like myself. Thanks to the Seattle Posse (you know who you are). Thanks to Steph, who misheard me when I told her the original title of the book and hence came up with Calm Undone. It’s a much better name.
