“What’s this?” Elizabeth asked as she was handed two resignation letters in her hand.
“You can ask the Boss.” Lola said as she turned back to her own work, she didn’t seem to care to explain anything to the woman. It wasn’t that she didn’t like her, she simply didn’t see a reason for them to get along with each other, it felt pointless to her.
“I see… When is he coming back then?” Elizabeth asked since the CEO was yet to come back into his office. In fact she hadn’t seen the man the entire day, even though they had so much work to do.
