“What are they?” Billy asked as he tilted his head to the side. He quickly glanced at the document’s contents but preferred if the woman explained them to him instead.
“The changes to your team members. Lisa and Marco have put in their month notice and are awaiting your approval… You should let them get on paid leave after they finish their current work load and give it to the newbie’s.” Elizabeth suggested as he handed the man a pen to sign the documents.
“Why’s that? I don’t see a reason to let them leave early…” Billy remarked, after all there was always use for competent employees like them and it was difficult enough to find replacements as it was.
