“Mh…” Elizabeth turned in the bed, feeling too hot, it was going to be summer soon and the heat made it more uncomfortable to sleep in. “Darling… could you stop hugging me? It’s hot…” She complained.
“Sorry… but hugging you is so comforting…” Gabriel moved his hands and body back, making room for the woman.
“Hm… I don’t really mind it much…” Elizabeth said as she turned to the man and put his hand on her hip again. “It’s fine if you like it…” She reassured him.
Gabriel leaned in and kissed his wife’s forehead, making her smile. “I love you-” But before he could finish his sentence the door swung open.
“Wonder who that is…” Elizabeth muttered as she put the pillow over her face to hide the light coming from the corridor.
