Claire
Claire undid her seatbelt but remained seated in the convertible. Ever since Taylor had come back from her phone call, the dragon had been in a weird mood and she wanted to know what it was about.
"Are you not getting out?" Taylor asked, not unkindly.
"Is everything okay?" Claire returned.
"Why do you ask?"
"You"ve been very quiet since you had that call. Did something happen?"
Taylor released a sigh as she leaned her head back against the headrest. "You"re very observant. Some would say annoyingly so."
"Thank you, it"s a gift. Why don"t you come up so we can talk about it," Claire suggested, getting out so she could open Taylor"s door for a change of pace.
The dragon seemed both confused and bemused by her actions but got out nonetheless with grace and elegance that Claire
