" What does the Alpha think is going on?" Blair asked Kenneth.
Kenneth laughed " he has no idea, he spent hours suspecting it was Ames. He had his blood tested and had Kenzi do spells on him. If this was real he was wasting time " he told Blair as she gave a smile.
" I was worried for you when he asked if you and Blair had been intimate. I know the spell wasn't real but you did pause for a split second" Kenneth told Ames.
" Yeah I wasn't expecting that it really threw me off" Ames said with a cough.
" He really asked if we had been intimate?" Blair asked and Ames nodded.
Blair shivered " Had he suspected anything I had an excuse ready" Kenzi spoke up.
" Ok we've all got to get out of here. Maggie can you keep up the spell by yourself? Kenneth asked her.
" Yes I'm doing good" she told him with a nod.
" Is it alright it I stay with her? that way Trey can get a break?" Ames asked.
" Yes. Trey go get some rest" Kenneth said to him as Trey nodded and left.
" Before I go you need another dose of wolfsbane I'm sorry" Kenneth told her.
" Let me" Ames said.
Kenneth laughed " That intimate question was clearly a lie. Alright here you go" he said handing over the injection.
Everyone left the room leaving the two of them alone. Ames sat down on the ground with Blair cradled between his legs.
" I'll hold you the entire time you're out if you want" Ames told her.
She nodded " Please do. Just don't take advantage of me while I'm unconscious " she joked.
" Never" he said kissing her cheek.
" Ok here it comes" Ames said as he slowly stuck the needle into her neck injecting the wolfsbane into her.
Blair struggled a little bit and closed her eyes falling back to sleep.
" Alright are you ready to get out of Ice Moon pack?" Kenneth asked her a few days later.
Blair nodded " What time is this happening?" she asked.
" Midnight. Once we've left the border some warriors from Alpha Samuel's pack will escort us to the pack for extra protection." He told her.
Blair gasped " He's helping too? Why?" she asked surprised.
" Alpha Samuel cares very deeply for you, he was very easy to get help from" he told her with a smile.
" Our first pack will be Dark moon, We're hoping we get lucky the first try" Kenneth said giving her a small smile.
" I'm giving you a half dose of wolfsbane, it won't fully put you to sleep. But it should be enough to continue to make you untraceable. The problem is we need you to be alert just in case" he told her.
" In case of what?" Blair asked him getting nervous.
" If something goes wrong we can't be dragging you around unconscious, you'll need to be strong enough to be able to run and fight if need be" he told her.
Blair gulped and nodded her head " Just something we have to plan for" he told her.
" Alright here it comes your last dose" Kenneth said as he injected her.
The hours passed by much too quickly for Blair's liking.
" Are you ready?" Leo asked her with a worried look on her face.
" Yes let's head out" she replied.
Leo walked with her to the outside of the building. The others were already in this van waiting for them. They got into the van and Kenneth drove off instantly. He was just going a normal speed clearly not wanting to draw any attention. Blair's heart was pounding so hard she thought everyone could hear it, she thought for sure she was going to throw up too she was so nervous.
" Blair once were officially out of Ice Moon we will be lifting the spell that blocks your scent. Dominic won't be able to detect you well be too far away from the pack house. I know it's a little scary but it's so your mate will be able to sense you coming" Kenzi told her from behind her.
" You're positive we'll be far enough away?" she turned to ask her.
" Absolutely " Kenzi said giving her a reassuring smile.
Blair sighed as she looked at the window and they drove past the prison " I'd give anything to be able to say goodbye to dad" she mumbled.
Kenneth sighed " Yeah I know. You can call him once we've found your mate", he told her.
The ride was silent it was clear how nervous everyone was, if they got caught before they got to the border they were done. An hour later the border was in sight. They passed out of Ice Moon officially and the entire van let out a sigh of relief.
" Are you ready for us to lift the spell?" Maggie asked from behind her.
Blair took a deep breathe and nodded. Together Kenzi and Maggie muttered a spell and it was lifted. Apparently anyway Blair didn't feel any different.
" Alpha Samuel's warriors are already here they're in that van" Kenneth said as the van came behind them and drove behind and in front of them.
Little did they knew there was someone nearby that would ruin everything.
Klaus
Being a rogue was definitely the worst thing that had happened to him. He had managed to find his way back to Ice Moon pack after a year and a half. He decided to just stay there it brought him some comfort knowing his birthplace wasn't that far away. He was about twenty minutes away from the border. He woke up from his hiding place In some bushes when he heard some vehicles driving by.
He sat up and saw three of them driving one in front of the other. Then it hit him he knew that scent from anywhere. That scent that drove him to assult Blair. How did she get out of the pack? The Alpha wasn't with her that much he knew.
He figured if he told the Alpha what was going on maybe he would let him back into the pack, it was a stretch but the Alpha was pretty stupid. Klaus shifted into his wolf and started to run towards Ice Moon pack. The second he saw the border he smirked he knew as soon as he crossed over the pack would be in high alert. He took a deep breath and walked into Ice Moon pack. Instantly he knew he was caught within minutes dozens of warriors were surrounding him.
Yet somehow Blair was able to escape this was clearly an inside job. Klaus smirked and held his hands up into the air showing he wasn't going to hurt them.
" Klaus Jackson?" one of the warriors asked.
" Yup the one and only" he said to them.
" What are you doing back here?" he was asked.
" Well I've got some valuable information I'm confident Alpha Dominic will want to hear" he told them.
" We're not bringing you to the Alpha do you think we're stupid?" he was asked.
" Fine bring him here then. The longer this takes the further away Blair gets" he told them shrugging his shoulders.
Before he knew it he was thrown into a vehicle, they ended up meeting the Alpha half way at the community centre. Alpha Dominic stormed into the room very enraged.
" I should kill you for coming back here. They said you know where Blair is" he said glaring at Klaus.
" Not the exact location its been a few hours. But I know the direction, they drove past me" he told him.
" Whose they?" Alpha asked.
" I'm not sure, but I know her scent from anywhere. That beautiful strawberry vanilla that drives everyone insane" he said as he licked his lips.
" Tell me right now before I kill you" Alpha Dominic yelled grabbing onto his shirt.
" I'll make you a deal. If you let me back into the pack I'll tell you" he told him.
Alpha Dominic growled " You really don't deserve it. But fine where is she?" he asked him very irritated.
" No swear me in first" he glared back.
" Ugh you're f*****g ridiculous " Alpha Dominic said as he grabbed onto his hand.
" I Alpha Dominic of Ice Moon pack swear you, Klaus Jackson as a member of Ice Moon pack" he said as Klaus felt a jolt he belonged again and it felt great.
" Now talk" he said crushing his hand.
" She's either heading to Midnight Pack or Dark moon. It was in that direction" he told him.
The Alpha instantly left and went who knows where. At least Klaus was home that's the only thing that mattered.
