21 Five years before the Community Sara’s own apartment was nice enough, but Eric’s place was downright palatial—much grander and more plush than any single twenty-something really deserved, but who could be surprised? This had always been Eric. The place was just his personality made material. And material it was. Every gadget she’d ever heard of was tucked away somewhere, including a pile of discarded electronics in the closet, because, as he said, he didn’t want to be wasteful.
