1600 Words
Jade placed his hand into his side pocket and brought out his own. On the desk were he was sitting, there was a clean sheet of paper, so, he started writing about himself. Dining the test too, as Sapphire had instructed. With a smile at her students, she gently walked to Jade and watching what he was writing. Sapphire didn't want to argue in front of her students, so she calmed down. "What are you doing?" She asked, her eyes still focused in her students as they write. "I'm just getting a little educated." He replied her with a puppy smile. "And you're the one who told me to come here in the first place. You said you wanted to do things fair and square." "But still, who told you to come here and... Thais is a classroom. As you can see I'm busy, I told you that, didn't I?" "I'm observing. Your principal said it was fine for me to come in." "But you're not a parent." He hissed at his annoying smile. "So why don't you go and tell him that, then?" She blushed to her face. Sapphire scoffed, and tried to calm herself till after the test. It was the last lesson for the day, anyway. *** 15 Minutes Later... It was already closing time. The students waved Sapphire goodbye as they walked out if the classroom. Just then, a boy and his elder sister from the other time, saw him. "Oh, you're here again. The girl started. She was just about 7 years old but not in Sapphire's class. Why aren't you leaving, Mister?" The class is over now. Jade turned to the kids. "Oh, I'm waiting for Miss Sapphire." He explained cheerfully. "Here she comes." "Are you my teacher's boyfriend?" The 4 years old boy asked. Hearing this, Sapphire quickly walked to them and pulled them away from where Jade was standing. "What are you talking about, huh?" She tried to stop their conversation. "Yes, I am her boyfriend!" He replied the children and then faced Sapphire with a stern look. "You shouldn't lie to children." "He's her boyfriend, Sam!" The girl excitedly explained to her younger brother. He jumped out of joy, revealing all his scattered set of tiny teeth. "Ella, hurry and go. And you too, Sam. You guys should go now, your parents would be unnecessarily worried if you don't go home on time, huh? What did I tell you about strangers?" She reminded them. "Stranger danger!" The kids chorused. "Yes! Stranger danger! You shouldn't talk to strangers no matter their appearance. Don't smoke with them either, okay?" She blatantly warned the children. Jade watched Sapphire with an offended look. 'Why would she take all the advantage because she's their teacher?' Jade asked himself as Sapphire grabbed their hands. "Come on, let's go." "Good bye!" the siblings bade him with their other hands but Sapphire took them away. After accompanying the kids out, Sapphire returned to her class room with two cups of hot tea. Talking to where Jade was lost in thought, She almost splashed the hot tea on his body. She gloated at him before sitting. "What? What's it with that look?" He asked her. "Why the act? What's she problem now?" "Rumours about us will spread all over the school now! Even my colleagues are curious? What are you going to do about it?" What do you want me to do? Take responsibility? I thought you didn't want to marry me, though. "Marriage. As if? Let's meet at the hotel next time, okay?" She rolled her eyes at him. I'll write your name on a huge board and hold it up! "Sure, ho ahead. You have my approval." He smiled at her decision. "I'm sure reporters would love that. But... Will you really be okay doing that?" "Geez! How annoying!" She cursed before taking a sip from the mug cup. Just then, Sapphire looked at Jade but he wasn't looking at her. His attention was outside, somewhere outside the classroom. After the tea, he asked that they go outside to the playing ground. Sitting on the sea-saw, Jade observed the environment as the only sound was chirping of the birds hanging on the trees. "It's really quiet around here. I like it." He muttered. "It's because all the kids are gone now. Sapphire explained to him. Getting here may be rough but I think this location is great for kids." "It's be perfect to build a resort right here." "Didn't you just hear me say this is a great location for kids?!" She blurted. Don't even think of it, okay? This land belongs to the Board of Education. Looking at her with a little annoyance, he stood up, making Sapphire unexpectedly hit her butt on the other side of the sea-saw. She stared at him open-mouthed and just can't believe he did that just because she opposed his idea. Jade smirked at her and gave her a hand. "Uh? What?" She raised an eyebrow at him in confusion. Like Bing used to his, his hands grabbed hers in a soft touch as their fingers, intertwined. Jade took her to a swing as he sat on one. The school was empty. Nobody was there except the both of them so, they had the privacy. Sapphire narrowed her eyes at him as she watched. It's unbelievable, so called annoying CEO has a heart of a child. You love doing all the things that kids like to do, right?" He asked. Making himself sit on the swing in a stagnant position. Sapphire tugged her hair as she took the other seat of the swing. "You've never been on one of these, right?" "Not as an adult. She replied with a bright smile and pulled herself tro and fro in a rhyming motion. "I loved these as a child though. I cried to my dad until he got me one very close to his farm. I would go there to rest after working, yet, I awkward dream of swing at night. My dad would push me, and I'd go so high. My parents used to sneak to play while I watched them." She explained to Jade and finally jumped off the seat and pushed him from the back but Jade wasn't ready. "Oh, you have an heavy weight!" She joked and ran away. Jade chased after her but she got on a climbing frame. Get over here!" He requested. "No, I'm sorry." She replied him and begged. "Don't come here!" "I'll have to climb then." As stubborn as Jade, he does all the opposites. "Do whatever you want." Sapphire tried climbing faster but she wore a black, pencil skirt that was partially tight so she couldn't move that fast. Jade caught up with her in no time as he pushed her to sit on it. Just where do you think you're going?" He asked as he leaned over, staring into her eyes. It was as blue as trust and sincerity. A cute smile spread across his lips like a melting heart. Jade tucked her hair to the back with his fingers and put his hand underneath Sapphire's chin, which made her look at him. His dark brown eyes lit up by the mini him. His smile was so pretty and attractive, she could stop staring. "Fire." His voice sounded in a whisper. She could feel his fire burn through the coldness of her body. His hand that was on her chin moved to her cheek and then, he slowly moved up his arm. Jade trailed his fingertips on the shape of her face barely even touching her skin. This made Sapphire take a swallow as it gave her silent shivers. Sapphire was scared lost in the pools of his passionate eyes, she didn't know if she wanted her first kiss to be with the person I'm not even supposed to be attracted to. Before she could even further, his hands grabbed a full length of her hair to the side while lips parted hers. Capturing it in a lip-full grip. It was gentle at first he wasn't sure if she wanted it, then it got firmer as his lips brushed through hers. Sapphire didn't pull back, instead, she closed her eyes. With this, Jade's hand took a tighter grip behind her neck and pulled her closer to his face, loving every moment of the passionate kiss. Just then, he ended the kiss with the same pretty smile planted on his lips. He gazed intensely into her eyes, admiring her beauty once more. Sapphire did the same without any complain. She sat down calmly and glanced into his alluring eyes, the same way. *** Later That Evening... Jade took Sapphire home and dropped her by her doorstep. He slightly pulled her hand bag so she can face him. "You have to come to me next time." The reminded her and leaned closer. "It is okay if you show up at the hotel the way you planned, too." Remembering what she'd said, Sapphire took a gander at him. About to turn again, he grabbed her really fast. As if he saw something by her door. "You didn't close your door?" She turned back to look at it. Just then she discovered that her door was partly opened. Out of fear, Sapphire jerked and went to hide at Jade's back. "Of course, I locked it! What's going on?" She cried. "Stay here." Jade ordered and pulled the door open. He switched on the bulb as the dark room brightened up. What they saw next was undescribable.
