Franklin Harrison married Elena on a sunny day in April. At Victor’s insistence, the wedding took place in his home. Nadia stood up as Matron of Honor. Beverly Harrison provided the bridesmaids from her cadre of laundry maids. Victor provided instruction to Mrs. Goldman as to how she should make Elena’s wedding dress. The skirt was heavy white satin studded with tiny pearls. The bodice and sleeves were sheer white silk appliquéd with Belgian lace. The lace did nothing to hide Elena’s gorgeous breasts. To the delight of the guests, they rested comfortably in her straining bodice like over ripened fruit. During the wedding ceremony, the minister was so preoccupied with Elena’s waist-deep cleavage and bosom; he lost his place several times.
