Outside the dungeon, Zain, Leon, and Jenny just finished with the dungeon guards when a horde of demons attacked them. Leon and Jenny shifted immediately as they have been outnumbered although having Zane with them was an advantage. They fought hard making sure to keep the demons away from the entrance dungeon's entrance.
But the demons fought back with equal ferocity as they attacked in their numbers. It was as if when one set finished, another one was waiting to attack.
One demon broke away from the others and sneaked an attack on Zane. This made him lose focus and released his hold on some demons he had immobilized, in order to defend himself.
