After five agonizingly long hours of torturous waiting, Caleb finally returned.
"Umm... Jenny, he's back and he's not okay. His beast is on the surface." Leon announced in panic through mind-link when he caught sight of Caleb walking into the house with Maxwell.
Jenny passed Leon's message to Zane, to which he nodded and stood up from his chair.
"All of you should stay here. It may get messy in there." Zane instructed. In his head, he had come up with different ways to deliver the news, but none of them was good enough to avoid Caleb's rage. So he decided to go with the last method in his head, hoping it will result in minimal damage.
"I should come with you. You will need help." Jenny uttered in concern, but Zane only frowned at her.
"Do. Not. Leave. This. Place. Jen." He stressed
