"Help with what?" Jenny's eyes narrowed in suspicion. Her body switched to high alert mode seeing the way Kiara was eyeing the beast.
"Him, of course." Kiara nodded towards the cage. "I'm here to help him."
"And what makes you think you can help him?" Jenny asked, but realized that question might make the demoness think she was even considering the offer so she quickly changed it.
"Listen, Kiara. Nobody asked for your help. I think it's best if you leave this place now and return to the house."
Kiara scoffed. "And if I don't?" She asked challengingly as she wiped off the smile on her face, putting on a serious look that Jenny had never seen on her. There had always been a sweet smile on her face since the first time Jenny saw her, but right now, she truly looked like the demon she was.
