Sebastian I didn’t realize that the morning in Acadia could get down to 3 degrees Celsius in the morning. When I opened the zipper of my tent to expose myself to the morning air, the first thing I got was a freezing air slapping my face. No, it literally slapped my face. In the most, painful way possible. I felt like I couldn’t breathe for a moment due to the shock. Maybe because I spent the night buried inside the warmth of this newly bought tent of mine which had its own heating system installed, I was suffering for a first few seconds after getting in contact with the air outside. Not the best way to wake myself up in the morning, I guess. I somehow managed to accustom myself with the cold air after slowly inhaling it.
