I carefully placed my mug on top of the portable table placed in between us before slumping my body on the chair. Then a grunt escaped my mouth.
“I’m sorry…” Maya shrank a bit, and gingerly fidgeted her fingers as she turned at me. Her hot chocolate making activity completely stopped.
“For what?” I covered my eyes with my forearm. “Just give me some time to think.”
Maya pursed her lips. “Okay…”
I heard a rustling from my right side, the side Maya sat, before a sentence reached my ears.
“Look up to the sky, Sebastian.”
I paused.
