On a moonlit shore, Destiny finds her courage — and loses herself in the best way.
The morning had been perfect — one of those rare, unhurried stretches of time where the world felt smaller and softer than usual. After our walk along the shoreline, the salt air still clinging to my skin and my hair loose and wild from the ocean breeze, we made our way back to the house. Master Leo had poured drinks—something cold and citrusy—and the three of us settled onto the balcony, the sound of the waves a steady rhythm beneath our conversation.
Then, as if remembering something on the stove, he excused himself to start dinner. I offered to help — to make the salad, at least — but he waved me off with a warmth that made my chest feel full.
{Master Leo} “No, sweetheart. Go spend some time with Master Jake. I’ve got this.”
---
We ended up in the bedroom — not for anything dramatic, just the two of us sitting on the edge of the bed, the afternoon light filtering through the curtains, talking. Really talking. Master Jake wanted to debrief, to make sure I was okay, to understand what last night had been for me. He asked what I had liked, what I had only tolerated, whether there was anything I had done simply because I felt I had to.
I appreciated the question more than I knew how to say. It told me everything about the kind of man he was.
{Master Jake} “I want you to always be honest with me, Destiny. Not just in the moment — but after. I need to know what’s working for you and what isn’t.”
{Destiny} “There was nothing I just tolerated. Not a single thing. It was exactly what I needed — more than I knew I needed. The subspace… it quieted everything. I slept better last night than I have in months.”
He studied me for a moment, as if deciding whether to believe me, then nodded slowly, satisfied.
{Master Jake} “Good. Then I’d like to keep exploring — if you’re open to it. Before dinner, I want to try something new with you.”
{Destiny} “What kind of something new?”
{Master Jake} “I need you to trust me first. Do you?”
The question hung between us, simple and enormous at the same time.
{Destiny} “Yes, Master Jake. I trust you.”
He held my gaze for a beat longer than necessary, then explained. We would start the way we always did — a warm-up spanking over his knee to prepare the skin, increase blood flow, and minimize bruising. And then, something new. Something he wanted to introduce slowly and carefully.
{Master Jake} “We’ll try a new implement tonight. Just an introduction — nothing more. I want you to experience it properly, not fear it.”
{Destiny} “Should I be scared?”
{Master Jake} “What is it you’re afraid of?”
I hesitated, embarrassed by how specific my fear was. “The cane,” I admitted quietly. “I’m most afraid of the cane.”
He didn’t laugh. He didn’t dismiss it either. He just looked at me steadily and said what he always seemed to say when I was afraid of something — the truth.
{Master Jake} “The cane can be one of the most pleasant or one of the most painful tools in existence. It entirely depends on how it’s used, and what effect is intended. In the right hands, with the right intention, it’s something else entirely.”
{Destiny} “I’m still scared of it.”
{Master Jake} “I know. That’s why I’m going to teach you.”
---
He told me to change into a bikini — nothing else — and meet him downstairs. I did as I was told, pulling on the smallest one I had, butterflies already stirring low in my stomach. When I came back down, Master Leo and Master Jake were talking quietly near the kitchen. Master Leo looked up when I appeared and smiled — that slow, appreciative smile that always made me feel seen.
{Master Leo} “Enjoy your walk, little one. I’ll see you at dinner.”
He crossed the room, pressed a kiss to my forehead, and murmured against my hair, “Be a good girl.”
{Destiny} “I promise I will be.”
Master Jake took my hand, and we stepped out into the evening. The sun was beginning its slow descent, painting the sky in shades of amber and rose, and the beach was ours — quiet, private, endless. It was the perfect time to be out there.
We walked for a while in comfortable silence, the sand cool beneath my feet, the water glittering to our left. Then Master Jake spoke.
{Master Jake} “There are a couple of things I’d like to change between us.”
My stomach dropped immediately. I stopped walking and turned to look at him, searching his face for something that would tell me what was coming.
{Destiny} “What do you want to change? Did I do something wrong? Do you not want—”
{Daddy} “Hey.” He stopped me gently, his thumb brushing the back of my hand. “Nothing like that. I just want you to call me Daddy. Whenever we’re alone, or at the house. It suits us better, don’t you think? Especially after the way that word sounded coming from your lips last night.”
Something warm and certain settled in my chest. Of course. It made perfect sense. He had always moved like a Daddy — setting rules, holding me accountable, steering me with a firm and steady hand. And I loved every bit of it.
{Destiny} “Yes, Daddy.”
The word came easily, naturally, as it had always been waiting there.
{Destiny} And the other thing?
{Daddy} I want your promise never to leave me. I don't think I could handle that.
{Destiny} Ok, I promise.
