Chapter 23: Ailis, Part 3 The sheep were taking too long to herd to the farthest gate, and Ailis didn't like the slow passing minutes. She needed to make sure they were found just outside in a patch visible by the landlord himself from his windows. While the guards were busy reclaiming the sheep, she could go to the kitchens for provisions.
