I S A B E L L A “Thank you,” I say to him, watching as he walks around me and also takes a seat close to me, and that’s when I notice that two plates have been set on the dining table, which means he will at least be joining me for breakfast. We both begin to eat silently, and at first it is a comfortable silence, but soon my mind becomes clouded with anxiety, forcing a subtle frown on my brows, even as I consume such a delicious breakfast.
