Samuel woke up after a few hours and looked around him. ‘A dog cage? Wolf cage?’ Samuel realized. Next to his cage are a few more cages. Some had humans in them, and some had wolves.
“Let’s make a spirit wolf out of you, shall we?” Samuel heard a voice followed by a cage unlocking. Samuel looked at the beaten-up human that looked like he has not been eating for a very long time. Samuel looked carefully at the other cages and noticed that all the humans and wolves looked starved.
Once the man left with the half-dead person, Samuel talked to the woman in a cage across from him, “what is going on here?”
The woman just looked at him and then away again.
“They will take your spirit wolf and then torture and starve you until you want to die,” Samuel heard a man’s voice.
