“While they color, I think we should get you started on colors as well, what do you think?” the teacher asks. “I know my colors,” Samuel informs her. “Shapes?” she asks. “Yes,” Samuel rolls his eyes. “Ok, then let us start with the alphabet,” the teacher says, pulling out an alphabet puzzle and a tracing board. “This is an alphabet sound puzzle,” she says, turning the puzzle over to make all the pieces fall out. “You match the letter with its space and then you will hear the sound, like this,” she shows him how it works before leaving him to carry on.
