Lauren ran up the stairs of their new apartment, with Mags right behind her, flopping up the stairs.
“This will be our room,” Lauren said, turning around in the second biggest room.
“You don’t want to check out the other rooms? I was sure you were going to nag us for the master,” Elsie chuckled.
“I saw the floor plans, and this room has the best view,” Lauren smiled and walked over to the window. Her window faced the street, and the other two rooms faced the courtyard of the apartments.
“I prefer watching cars driving past than little kids playing,” Lauren said with a big smile and walked to her on-suit bathroom that had a shower instead of a bathtub.
“I will leave you to settle in, then. What do you want for dinner? I am just going to order in,” Elsie asked.
